Located just 25 minutes outside Port Angeles, our guests can enjoy the serenity and beauty of the Olympic Peninsula with easy access to town and some of the best hiking, hunting, fishing and exploring you will ever find. There is so much to do in and around the Olympic National Forest, so take your time and enjoy your stay!
Nearby Olympic National Park entrances like the Sol Duc, Hurricane Ridge, Hoh Rain Forest, Cape Flattery make this location an excellent "base camp" from which you can explore the Olympic Peninsula and towns like Forks, Neah Bay and beaches like Shi Shi Beach and Hobuck Beach. Explore the parks, walk the rivers (Dungeness, Elwha and many more), kayak on Lake Crescent or drop right in the Strait from our private boat ramp. During the Winter and Fall, enjoy the true nature of the Pacific Northwest: observe the high tides, storm surges and occasional dense marine fog from the comfort of your cozy cabin. You are going to love this place!
Strikingly Beautiful! Highly recommend tent camping here if you don’t mind a somewhat rustic experience (slot toilet, no running water). Hosts are kind and well organized, and the property is well maintained. Don’t agree with earlier review complaining about the sound of the ocean. I have been beach camping many places and the sound of the waves is not louder at this beach.. Don’t go to the forest and complain that there are trees and don’t go to the beach and complain about the sound of waves :-)!
This place was beautiful and well managed. Safe, clean, with several cabins and tent spots across the property. The view from the site was incredible and the location can’t be beat. Bathrooms and amenities were clean and nice. I had a little trouble checking in because my welcome information email got stuck unsent, but I was able to get ahold of the host for the entry code reasonably quickly. I had a great time and will definitely be back.
This is a very neat location with a nice variety of lodging options!
This tent site is near the outhouse but you have to park far away. Not ideal for car camping with a tent and carrying all your necessary items that far like tent, sleeping and cooking items and food. Was pretty muddy but had wood deck to setup tent- very slick when wet- be careful. Critters were roaming the beach when dark.
This was by far one of the best camping locations. Our stay on the t12 campsite was gorgeous. Campsite came with comfortable chairs and fire pit to protect fire from wind. It was also a very short walk to bathrooms, running water, and shower. I highly recommend this location.
Perfect camp site with a gorgeousview.
Beautiful Ocean Front site. Check in was easy and Tim and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again.
We love this location, campsite & the owners. The other guests were friendly & we had plenty of personal space. Also appreciate the flush toilet improvement. We will be back!
We LOVED our stay. This is a perfect quiet get away from it all kind of place. The beach is amazing and literally right under your tent. It is rustic, which makes it even more special since there are not that many places left that allow you to connect to the nature. All activities-attractions will require about 1h drive out through beautiful scenery, but the campsite itself is so beautiful you might want to just stay and enjoy the views, the sounds of the ocean and beach combing. Word of advice: bring a canopy. Even if you don’t believe in extras while camping you will appreciate one over your cooking area. Our first day was constant drizzle, which was super annoying while trying to cook, and in that area it’s literally a constant possibility. We will be better prepared next time as we are planning on coming back to this special spot many more times.
The resort is well maintained and has beautiful views! We had a perfect sunset from our campsite on the beach and we really enjoyed our stay. The tent sites have everything you could want from a campground- flat wooden platforms for patching a tent, chairs, picnic table, and a fire pit. Beautiful place to stay and we’ll worth the money!
Very friendly folk with a well kept property and stellar location
