My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. Owner was easy to communicate with and everyone within the resort was so friendly. Our favorite thing was sitting outside by the creek playing cards. Beautiful place and very clean.

Lovely RV and amenities with peaceful creekside location.Owner is friendly and responsive to questions/concerns as well as resort staff.If you're a coffee lover bring K-cups or your own drip coffee maker if you don't care for Keurig style coffee. Bed was very comfortable. Towels etc provided - definitely bring extras if more than 2 are staying. Wonderful resort with friendly full and part time residents! The resort is just 12 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, right off East Parkway. Watch your speed though! Highly recommend!

Listing was completely accurate. Clean and beautiful setting outside. There was actually MORE that we didn’t know about - some things in the kitchen and bedroom. Beverly was absolutely amazing with communication and answered all my questions - and I had ALOT. Traveling with our son who is special needs is very nerve racking but she made us feel comfortable and calm with the stay. Our kids loved it and our son was the most comfortable he has ever been staying away from home. We used both pull out couches - that is what our son needed to be comfortable and we had no idea they both pulled out - it was honestly perfect!

This was a great place for a short family trip. The site is lovely with the creek behind it, and my son had a great time watching a family of groundhogs climbing in and out of their burrow across the way. It was a perfect combination of camping and comfort!

Our stay was great. The park was nice, access & check-in were easy, and the camper was really nice. Everything was exactly like the posting, and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great for visiting Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Cades Cove. Awesome vacation!

The RV is very comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. The location is nice too - quiet, but convenient to everything I wanted to do.

This property is wonderful! It was clean and very spacious! We enjoyed it so much we even booked an extra night :) we look forward to returning in the Summer!!

We arrived Christmas Day and even though it was winter it was still a great place to stay! Everything was wonderful and the host took great care of us. The only thing that we struggled with was finding it in the Park but once we figured out the lot numbers were on the ground we found it.

This rental went above and beyond what we expected. Everything was supplied from wood for the outside fire pit and charcoal for the grill, to soaps and all other needed supplies inside. When the weather got cold, the owner contacted us right away to warn us and tell us how to handle that situation to be sure the water wouldn’t freeze. We were beyond happy with our stay.

Location is about 20 minutes from downtown. Which is what we wanted. It's a quiet RV community. The camper had everything we needed. Our stay was relaxing. The only thing is you are packed a little tight next to neighbors. Though we didn't see anyone. Host was super helpful and prompt. We will be back for our next trip! Thank you

Plenty of outside seating and all the comforts of home inside. Firepit and charcoal grill, outdoor dinette as well as other comfortable seating; all right beside a running stream add to the outdoor ambience. Camper is roomy guest friendly.

The location of the campground to Gatlinburg is just a short drive. The park is quiet and family friendly. The listing photos were exactly accurate. Checking in and out was a breeze. The camper was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed late nights and early mornings in the rocking chairs by the creek. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first stay in a camper and it will not be our last! The camper was spacious, cozy, comfortable, and well-located, everything we hoped it would be.

Stayed 4 nights and loved it. Sat by the creek every morning and evening. Close to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Everyone near was super nice and outgoing. We are planning on staying again. It was a great choice
