Stayed Mar 16, 2025Literally right on the Frio river across from Gardner State Park. We go there for the fishing and the nice relaxing atmosphere out in nature and the stargazing. We couldn’t ask for a better location. And the staff there is amazing. This is our second year and we plan to make it an annual thing.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice little cabin. Clean, great atmosphere, and staff was warm, welcoming, and available. Right on the Frio across from Garner state park. We liked it better than the park, no crowds and peaceful. Will definitely go back!

Stayed May 8, 2025Truly bare essentials. Not even a chair inside Cabon to sit on. Picnic tables inside and out. Toilet wouldn’t fill up about every 3rd flush had to add water to the tank with bathroom trash can. Absolutely nothing to do after dark… so if you think you’re gonna relax and watch a movie better bring an iPad or other tablet.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024Just a stones throw away from Garner State park this was very convenient for access to the park. Lacks basic amenities like linens, pillows, and dishware in their cabin rentals

Stayed Mar 16, 2023This property was as described. The hosts were super nice and helpful with everything we needed. The cabin was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The property is spaced out well, so you don't feel like you're camping on top of your neighbor. There's a VERY short walk to the river bank, which is well maintained. The property is directly across from Garner State Park, so the views of Old Baldy were spectacular.
