When it says you need to bring everything. It means it. All that’s there is water, electricity and some toilet paper. But it worked great for us. We spent all our time outside anyways. Perfect spot of Frio to sit and enjoy ourselves. Only steps from our cabin. Super convenient. We will be back.

My family and I had a great time! We didn’t spend much time in the cabin other to sleep and clean ourselves up from all the outside fun. Property owners were very, very nice.

Everything was beyond fantastic. Laura was super available, friendly, and helpful. She even brought us coffee on the night we arrived after we said we'd forgot ours. The property's location is perfect. It has the best possible view of the north face of Garner's famous Old Baldy. If you get up early enough, you can watch watch the sun paint it orange from the peak all the way down to the water. The river bank on Zuber's side seems like the Frio carved it especially for gatherings and events. Flat, gorgeous, and up against both shallow, gentle rapids perfect for splashing and wading, and also against slower deeper water that's just right for swimming. The cabin was just what we wanted--spacious enough for 4, super close to the water, and complete with a mossy old oak tree out front with a picnic table under it. We couldn't be more pleased.

This cabin was clean and simple. A short walk to the river. Convenient store was a short drive away.
