Large extended family of 7 adults and 6 kids and 1 small dog really enjoyed this place -- celebrating Christmas together. The kitchen had many utensils and gadgets not often found in a vrbo rental. The hot tub was great and the family seemed to congregate in the porch area with the table and rocking chairs. The kids really spent a lot of time in the game room and theater room. Highly recommended.

Really great location and family space. We would have liked to see a little personal touch with more detailed system instructions (never did figure how to use Roku or password for the Wi-Fi extender), local restaurant and shopping info, etc.. Also some get thru the first night things like at least an extra role of paper towels and little coffee.
