Love the property! Some corners needed to be dusted and there was a few personal belonging left behind in accesible cabinets. We were not bothered by these things at all, but others might be.There was some damage to the shed door when we arrived (pre existing damage that appeared to be being worked on) and it was confusing who to reach out to, but we ended up calling the number on the fridge. Overall we loved our stay, there was enoigh beds for everyone. The porch was a lovely place to relax at the end of the day. Location was phenomenal and offered easy access to activities. Would definitely book again!

Cabin itself was great. Living room furnishings are far from “plush” and should be replaced. Judging from prior reviews, this has been an issue for quite some time that has not been addressed by owners/property managers.Minor repair/replace of various items needed throughout the cabin (toilet seat, window blinds).Lawn requires mowing and shrubs trimming.Response of property management/owners poor at best when they were notified a bear or bears destroyed door to outdoor trash room.Again, the cabin itself was beautiful. Would recommend booking this cabin, but would also recommend management company step up their game!

When we first got there I was like ok not to bad but not what it looks like in picture. Had a water fall in front of house that was not working. Porch was not cleaned and furniture was ok on porch. Corn hole game they had out there was in bad shape and couldn’t play due to bags getting snagged on boards that were splitting. Then got into the house. Inside looked nice until we started walking around. Upstairs was very warm, but for the most part, the loft was nice, but there was no game room like they said in the descriptions at all. My daughter ended up having to sleep on the pullout couch upstairs in the loft because the one downstairs that she was originally going to sleep, On was so gross that I wouldn’t even put my dog on it after we pulled it out. All but maybe two of the shades that were on the windows had missing pieces where that were broken. The downstairs shower is completely gross. It has black mold on the shower curtain and then the rug that’s in front of it if you pulled away from the base of the shower, the flooring gives there because it’s gotI’m sure water damage and there was mold kind of growing up a little bit on the side of the shower by the baseboard. The pool was nowhere to be found. Not sure where that was even located at. The kitchen for sure didn’t have many things to cook food in. Went out and thought a pan and two cookie sheets to cook things on. Overall I would never allow my family to stay at this cabin again. Very disappointed.

We had a wonderful time everything was great. The only problem we had was, the Wi-Fi went out in a storm and there was no internet. The nature and hot kept us entertained. Thank you for such a great place.

We had a great time staying at this house. The location is great and easy to find. As a family of 5 we had plenty of space. The large patio and outdoor space was great for kids. Would definitely visit again.

The cabin was beautiful and conveniently close to things. Very quiet and peaceful. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue was very loose doorknob on the main door. Other than that no complaints from me, my friends or family for our 4 day stay!

The cabin was overall wonderful! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. Basic kitchen supplies were there. We brought specific cooking supplies. Knives could’ve been better, bring some if you need them. The porch is wonderful! Wish it had been warm enough to enjoy (it was cold). The hot tub was nice & we did a fire outside. Hot water for showers. TV’s worked. The only draw back really was clutter in the drawers & table top decor, but that was not that big a deal. Enjoyed our family thanksgiving week! Located close to a grocery store, gas station & close to gatlinburg & pigeon forge!

My husband and I rented this place to celebrate our first wedding anniversary! We spent the weekend wandering around downtown Gatlinburg, putt-putting around Pigeon Forge, and eating some delicious food all around this cabin. We loved how convenient it was to get everywhere we needed to go without hitting all of the wild traffic.. We also really enjoyed how Only “problem” (if you could even call it that) is that we noticed ants on our things on the last night of our stay. We didn’t have any snacks or anything where we slept so we weren’t sure what brought them upstairs.. but hey, other than that — it was amazing. 10/10 would recommend this cozy hideaway.

The property was fine. A little disappointed in the fact that we don’t think it was cleaned right before we got there as there were dead stink bugs everywhere. Decor was as expected. Cookware in kitchen needs updated as non stick pans are flaking and one side of the toaster doesn’t work. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Our family was impressed from the first moment arrived and had a wonderful time. More than enough essentials for us in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. The hot tub was our most favored spot to hang out and loved the covered porch. Location was perfect because it was away from the busy tourist area but close enough for our day trips. Loved it! Would love to visit again!

This rental had all the perfect touches for our family. The home was nice and cozy. We loved the hot tub. This place had one of the most amazing wrap around porches that I have ever seen. The location was perfect for us. It was not right in the middle of the Gatlinburg hustle and bustle. It was about a 7 minute drive to the center of town and that was just perfect. It was not precariously perched on the ledge of the mountain and the road it was on was not scary. There is a trolley stop just around the corner from the house, but we did not take advantage of that. The kitchen/dining area was clean, small, but not cramped. The washer and dryer worked. The air-conditioning worked superbly. I got a call from Dennis, the manager of the property on the first night and he made sure that everything was running smoothly. One of the lights went out in the kitchen and it was fixed the next day. I would absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for a larger family like ours (4 adults 2 children). Our favorite rental so far!
