This was our first time exploring the area. We enjoyed the cabin, the quiet, and fishing from the dock. The Lafayette golf course had a nice layout but the greens were horrible. We got carry-out fish sandwiches from Tom and Al’s that we ate at the nearby recreation area overlooking the lake. The food was really good. I wish there had been an umbrella for the dock area and a hair dryer, but those are minor complaints. We had a great time, thanks for sharing your home.
Always a great time when we stay here. Teri is great to work with and responds or calls to any questions or needs. We will be back next year.
Great time! Games, swimming, kayaking and grilling.
Great time with great friends. Love going to that house evey year.
We had a great stay at the cabin and kids really enjoyed the lake and the kayaks. Teri was supper helpful and informative. Would highly recommend!!
The cabin was greta and Terri made sure you had everything you could possibly need to enjoy the cabin and the lake.
Clean lake house. Teri was great with communication. Our family had a nice trip.
We enjoyed our stay again at this cozy cabin!
Nice. Relaxing area by the lake all to ourselves. A little rough getting kayaks back up from lake but not terrible. Hike from lake is not far but it is uphill. Might want to look into attaching boards under upstairs beds as they had fallen down to the floor.
I will be come again
The location of this cabin is very quiet, secluded and inviting! We enjoyed relaxing on the porch, sitting around the fire pit and the peacefulness of the lake. Great property! Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again in the near future.
Labor Day Weekend trip with the family. Had a great time. Enjoyed the cabin and property!
Great stay like always
Very clean. Had fun in the area.
We loved the private dock as we couldn’t get a boat for one day of our stay. It is quite a hike to the water so if you have someone who can’t hike a little ways, you’d have to pick them up on a boat at the marina. The cabin itself is super dark during the day, so I’d plan to spend the day on the water and the retire to the cabin at night. Overall, the private dock and cove (with kayaks) won the day. We will definitely stay again!
Year 5 of coming and staying. Had a blast. Great secluded area on the water and Teri is great to communicate with. Make it so easy and is extremely welcoming.
The property was fantastic and was my second time staying. The cabin is always well stocked and clean. The location is great and the dock and kayaks are the biggest draw for us. Teri is phenomenal and stays on top of everything. We are planning to make this an annual girls trip.
This place is very private surrounded by woods. You will need to walk down to the lake and it is a bit of a hike coming back to the cabin. Lake is very peaceful ( unless you have a party boat go by) We enjoyed our stay.
We enjoyed staying here. The property is beautiful.
