Nice house clearly designed with guests in mind. Easy to get to attractions but feels pretty quiet and has a good view to enjoy.

So clean and plenty of space for everyone! Took the in-laws with us, their first time in a cabin and this set the bar really high for them! New build and lots of new cabins all around. Great location! Close to everything we wanted to do, old mill area, anakeesta, dig n zone, Magiquest, the island. Anand was quick to respond no matter when we text him, thank you! Great host, great cabin!

A beautiful home in the mountains close to everything. The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub and we were so thankful for the door lock/alarm. Loved the Harry Potter themed kids room. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

The cabin was plenty big enough for the 4 of us and had some really good amenities for entertaining, playing games or just relaxing. Overall it was a great place to stay and close to everything without all the unwanted traffic. Highly recommend!

This was by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented, I wish we would have stayed longer. Looking forward to brining our grandkids back to this cabin. Even with the construction in the area it was still peaceful and relaxing.I messaged the owner regarding a minor issue and he responded promptly and we resolved it immediately. Great experience overall.

This house was beautifully done and spotless. The location was convenient to all the main attractions. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The adults appreciated the little touches like a furnished coffee bar and the shower necessities provided. We were only in town for a short time and these things saved us a trip to the store. Highly recommend this spot for families.

Great location and beautiful home. Very clean.Only disappointment was there were no USB/USB-C outlets anywhere in the house. Would have been great to know before we got there and not have to spend extra money for chargers we have at home.

This house was wonderful. My husband and I brought our 15 year old son and his friend for a birthday trip. The house floor plan is perfect for this situation. All three rooms are on different levels allowing for privacy. House seems very new, clean and well stocked. Check in and out was a breeze. The hot tub and pool are both well maintained. There is a bathroom in the pool room, which is super convenient. As a Harry Potter fan the Haven was magical! Just something to note: there is still construction going on all around the home as it is a new neighborhood. It is not enough to give less than 5 stars- but it is worth mentioning. Overall----I would stay here again!

Our family spent Christmas 2024 in the Harry Potter. We enjoyed ourselves and were more than happy with the accommodations. Beautiful home and close to everything. We will certainly stay again if we visit the area in the future.

Put this on VRBO please: My husband set up our stay at your wonderful house!  Unfortunately, he couldn't come with us, but my daughter and grandkids loved it!  The house was gorgeous and well-stocked with linens, kitchen stuff, etc.  My daughter and I especially loved the coffee station!  The beds were comfortable and we were glad to have the three bathrooms.  My grandkids loved the Harry Potter bedroom, game table, pool, and hot tub.  One suggestion I would offer: a few more details on using the reset button for the pool alarm would have been useful.  It took us several trials to figure out we needed to press the reset button FIRST before putting in the code. We also weren't sure why the intermittent beep sound only happened some of the time.  Other than that one small thing, everything was great!  Thanks so much ---

Wonderful fall break with grandchildren. Cabin was perfect for them with a Harry Potter room and pool. Great family room for all of us to gather at end of day. We loved being so close to restaurants and entertainment. Check in was a breeze and cabin was very clean.

We had an amazing time at the Harry Potter themed cabin. The indoor pool and covered hot tub were a nice touch since it rained most of the week. If it was up to the kids they would have stayed in it all week and never left. It’s a must stay if you go to Pigeon Forge and even more so if you are a HP fan. Close to everything in town as well.

Our family of 7 stayed here and it was huge! Plenty of space, very clean, the kids loved the pool and hot tub and the Harry Potter theme, and us adults loved having the coffee station! Everything you could need was in the house and we were only minutes from the main strip. Great vacation

Not only is this property located minutes from the Parkway; its decor and amenities are on point inside & out! Our family loved the indoor private pool & hot tub! The large dining table is great for family games. This property is very clean and the Property Manager is proactive in responding.
