Very nice little cabin , hot tub was cold is my only complaint nice host very welcoming

Renter beware. I booked this spot primarily for the hot tub, which was broken during my stay. I communicated this to the host, along with several other issues (trash can was full, TV sound didn't work, dishwasher was taped shut). The host ignored every issue except for the hot tub, and told me they'd send someone out to fix it without communicating a clear timeline. When the maintenance person finally showed up several hours later, he was unable to fix the hot tub, and I had to cancel my plans to wait around for maintenance to show up. I told the host that this whole situation was unacceptable and that I expected a refund. The host agreed to a refund, and then refunded me less than 6% of my cost - what a joke.

The heat was not working the first night, was refunded for that night but it was like 18 degrees out and when I told them about it they brought wood for the fire place and one small space heater. Next night they ended up fixing the heater but the hot tub also did not work. It was never fixed. Inside the oven was nasty, cabin not the cleanest the floor in the shower bowed when you step on it and the shower door does not completely close.

The host was very attentive. We had a small problem with the hot tub. The host sent a repair man but unfortunately it was not fixed. The cabin inside jetted tub very very nice.We loved the view and the closeness of local shops and restaurants.

This cabin is absolutely perfect for an intimate getaway. Everything we could need was there. Very clean and inviting. It’s off the beaten path so it was nice and quiet. The details in the listing are exactly what you experience. Will stay at Witt’s End again.

This was place so lovely, perfect for a romantic getaway. Great views and great amenities. Easy to follow directions and very in depth video on how to get there.

The host was very nice and the cabin seemed clean. Unfortunately, the lights under the sink weren't working, the hot tub was not usable, and there was another couple already occupying our cabin when we arrived. We were told they had the wrong dates and they left, but they had apparently been given the same door code as we had, so had access to the property. (We saw the door code on a piece of paper on the kitchen table, so that is why we believe it is used repeatedly.) Using the same door code repeatedly is a security issue that should be addressed.

This place is a gem. It's quiet and peaceful. What a way to start the morning. Sitting on the porch enjoying morning coffee and taking in that breath taking view. Communication with the host was quick and easy.

Super cute cabin with beautiful location. Super easy to use hot tub and check-in! Kitchen was stocked and house was clean and as pictured!

The cabin was so nice and comfy we really only was there to sleep because we were out and about but highly recommend!

Was a little behind on code number. I personally wasn’t bothered by it but someone else might! Other than that the stay was absolutely incredible!

Nice little cabin on the mountains with a pretty view

A nice cabin. Out in the woods. The bed is rock hard tho. Host does a good job explaining where the cabin is. A little miscommunication with the check in process.

This place is great. Minutes away from attractions, yet tucked away quietly in the hills!
