Corvallis, Montana
A quaint and cozy log cabin with a large bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds and a large sitting area with a futon for extra sleeping if needed. Plus a separate livingroom with a sofabed, recliner, TV with DirectTV satellite and a dvd player with a movie library, book library and family games with a game table. Free Wi-Fi is available. Also the small kitchen has a combination small refrigerator, two burner stove and sink and a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, medium size refrigerator and a small convection oven. The cabin has it's own full bathroom with a shower and toilet. It has great outside space with a deck on two sides that face the most marvelous view of the Bitterroot mountains to watch the sunset from. There is a outside grill and fire pit to farther enjoy the Montana wilderness feeling. 'Bear Cave' is decorated with the original watercolor paintings and limited edition prints by the co-owner/artist, Tracy Rose Moyers, that are available for purchase. Cabin is located in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley which is considered in the 'banana belt' which means that the area has milder weather compared to the rest of Montana. The Bitterroot is also considered one of the best fly-fishing areas of the country. This cabin is pet friendly but owners must approve the breed first (due to insurance rules). Cabin is non-smoking but we allow smoking on the outside deck and supply a can with sand for your cigarettes butts. This cabin is NOT handicapped accessible due to it's rustic nature and the different levels.
Will book again when we come back! Quiet and pretty.
Excellent hosts, property, and Montana style. Thanks for a great stay!
Beautiful view, was close to my granddaughters wedding at the Copper House, Just what we needed.
Beautiful views, clean cabin, and amazing firepit at night.
Great location, great cabin and excellent place to just unwind. Everything is as advertised and just perfect
Adorable, comfortable cabin with nice deck to enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful view of the Bitterroot Mountains!
Very beautiful and cozy cabin for the weekend. Was very spacious and has everything you would need.
Rustic and charming. Beautiful view.
Great place, love the rustic feel, just a few minutes from town but awesomely remote. Fun cabin, beautiful grounds, gracious and welcoming hosts. Two thumbs up! ??
the place was spotlessly clean, & actually larger on the inside than it looks like in the photos. Efficient kitchen has everything you could need. We loved sitting out on the front porch having breakfast in the morning. The hosts were very responsive, friendly & accomadating.
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is cozy and rustic but feels like home. Very kind owners!
This was a great place for an 18 day stay while we were visiting our kids and grandkids.
.
Great place to stay
We were only there for one night, but it made us rethink our retirement plans. It was so peaceful and everyone was super friendly!
It was a rustic cabin in a very quiet area and it had an amazing view!
Very friendly and accommodating hosts. We got a very nice gift of art to remember our trip. My kids said it was awesome when we got to the Bear Cave and that they wanted to live there. The view was beautiful. The kitchen is small but effective for vacation needs. The multi elevation floor and glass table make it precarious to natigate in the dark, so bring a night light if you plan to creep around in the dark. We had a wonderful time and agreed the amount of space and number of beds were a great value. Clear directions were provided for the TV and dish which made finding kids' shows easy, which was greatly appreciated. :)
Great Location, Beautiful Views, Well Appointed Cabin, Dog Friendly and the Host Tracey and Dale were wonderful. Our Mini Aussie, Tinker LOVED the property with plenty of roaming space (just like at home). We would stay at this property again.
