Stayed May 4, 2024IWas charged an additional 3% processing fee, ended up paying $15 extra. It was not the amount that bothers me, but the fact that i feel it was not disclosed on purpose. In addition, they tried to charge me twice for the fee. It wasn’t until I had to call several times to figure out what was wrong. VRBO transferred me to a lady that was completely rude. Said that there’s never been a issue with charging people it before and once it’s explained its a processing fee everyone else is ok with it. Also added, I should have known about the fee because it happens anywhere. So.. other people have had issues with the way things are advertised… yet they make no changes. No. It doesn’t happen everywhere. She told me she would look into refunding the fee, then hung up. The unit was so old and dirty. The couch literally is falling apart in the middle. It smelled awful in there. I won’t ever recommend this place
