The house is located with a beautiful view of the mountains and all of its beauty. Deer and wildlife greeted us every morning! Sunsets were spectacular. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping were a plus. We relaxed in the spa and enjoyed dinners at the table with a beautiful open view! We definitely needed the break from the chaos of life! The view was stunning!!!! And the hot tub was a welcome escape from long days of hiking.

The cabin was quaint. But soiders and webs cavered most of deck. Maintenance supv was quiick to come and remove them though. I appreciated that. There was a hammock that she. Located but had a big hole in it, so we had no hammock. The driveway is so slanted that it was very difficult to keep ur balance getting from the car to the steps going up to deck stairs. On the upside, the deckview was amazing and so was the pool once we located it.

We enjoyed our quiet visit. Our favorite was evenings in the deck after a full day of adventures. Very close to hiking, trains, whitewater rafting and antiquing. We had a little mascot we named Waldo. He went on his business and never made a fuss about us staying in his woods. I loved the cast iron skillets to cook. We had biscuits n gravy several mornings before our adventures. Great little getaway. Thank you.

The beautiful house was welcoming, clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. We have stayed at lots of different properties, but not one of them can top the overall experience we had. We have found our new mountain retreat!

I can’t say enough about this cabin. It went all the way to the top of my favorite cabins list. I came for nature and nature I got. We saw deers a few times and the mountain View was awesome. Loved being surrounded by the woods. After reading the reviews I knew the mountain road was narrow so I made sure I entered the cabin before dark. As Floridians were not used to mountain roads. Ate at the roof like everyone suggested, trout was amazing. One thing I need to mention is the pool table was not level. Thx for great stay

Our family of 5 and golden doodle had a wonderful experience at this Walnut Mountain home! Perfect for a relaxing week long stay. Looking forward to coming back next year!

The cabin was just perfect. Beautiful views and can drive to Ellijay in just a couple of minutes. Appreciated the gated entrance for safety.

We were looking for the nicest view possible without dealing with a treacherous drive or being too isolated because it was a short stay. This cabin fit the bill. We were close to so many hikes, orchards and the cute shops in town. We didn’t have groceries the first night and we’re happy to enjoy the Cartecay Pizza right outside the neighborhood. The beds were comfy and I appreciated that the hot tub was hot and ready. I would’ve liked more comfy outdoor furniture on the patio and we had some trouble with the TV, but those were minor issues.

This cabin was great. Amazing views and the kitchen was well equipped. We will be back!
