This one-story home is accessible via five steps. A staircase is also necessary to access the water.
A required resort fee of $90 must be paid at the on-site office upon arrival. This fee will cover parking passes as well as access to the community amenities, which include an indoor heated saltwater pool, an outdoor pool, a basketball court, tennis court, and gym.
There is also an on-site golf course (which requires a separate fee) as well as an on-site restaurant -- The Signature Grill.

Loved sitting on the deck with morning g coffee watching the shore birds, sunrise and occasional barge in the ship channel. Met some very nice locals. The pool was very nice. The food at the Signature Grill was very good and reasonably priced.
there was a really bad odor when I first walked into the home. it smelled like fish or something rotten. I lit the candle that was there and had to keep it burning while in the house and even at night when sleeping. I discovered the stench is coming from the lazy boy chair. it needs to be removed. when I got home and unpacked my clothes, that odor was on my clothing that I had hanging up in the bedroom. otherwise, everything else was great
There was food on the floor in the living room, the fenchdoor glass were not cleaned, the neighbors were very friendly and quiet, the outdoor grill was hard to light but i got it, was disappointed there was no seasoning for food, the patio was the most relaxing place to be.
The place was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Highly recommended!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the deck and view. When I first entered the house, the air fresheners were so strong that I experienced respiratory symptoms and had to remove them. The beds were made, but the sheets were right out of the package. I washed them to remake the beds but one of the sheets melted in the dryer. The dryer was repaired. The refrigerator drawers were dirty. One of the chairs in the living room was so worn and dirty that we covered it with a bedspread. Everything was remedied by the staff (who did respond quickly) or myself. However I couldn't stay in the home the first night because of the strong scent and no sheets. Once all these things were taken care of, the house was comfortable and we enjoyed out stay.
#1. I specifically asked if the boat lift on the back deck worked and was told that it did, which made us decided to rent this house vs others. However, upon arrival it didn’t look like it worked and when I mentioned it they said sorry for the confusion. No confusion on my part as I ask them specifically was give false information so I would rent it. #2 there are over a thousand homes in this area, many with boat lifts on the back deck, however they only have 12 spots for trailers which are first come first serve. So of course they were all gone and so we were told to try to get it on the property we rented, which wasn't possible so we parked it in the grass by the fence out of everyones way. So they put a boot on it and was going to have it towed, so we had to put it on out lot even though it was sticking out in the road this way. Unacceptable! I will never stay in this area again. The home was nice and clean and served us well. It was not the owners fault they turnkey lied about the loft working. No issues with the home, only turnkey and the management of the area. Just be aware that if you take your body make sure your rental has the space to park your trailer. Even though they offer parking, it is EXTREMELY limited!!!
We really enjoyed this property. It is finished to a high standard and has an outstanding view. Turnkey proved to be an excellent property manager with very clear & thorough communications We would happily stay again.

Very relaxing and quiet. Loved the location but if you have to park 2 pickup trucks there, be prepared for trouble. Zip code is 78578 because they have a problem telling you. Property is beautiful and I highly recommend!!!
