Perfect for an extended family getaway for up to 20 people. The river is a few steps away, beautiful scenery, hot tubs are fed by natural hot springs. Exceeded our expectations! Thank you Filoha Meadows! As a side note we weren't sure but there were plenty of pots & pans and the counter electric two burner was decent for cooking- plus there are propane grills, a toaster oven & microwave.
Cabins comfortable and clean and well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Sofa beds were not comfortable as to be expected--but most of the other beds were very comfortable. Hot tubs were great! Lots of room for the yard games that we brought along. Fishing the river was very enjoyable! The manager Mike was very helpful and checked in with us twice over the weekend. The only drawback was that I did not get good information from Vacasa when I called prior to our stay with specific questions--it seemed that the representative just made up some false information.
We had 3 of the 4 cabins for our family reunion/vacation. They were all neat, clean and comfortable. Everything worked great, and the (2) hot tubs were wonderful. There was ample area for the kids to play, and only a short walk to the river where everyone enjoyed themselves fishing and tubing. Although it was out in the wilderness, it was an easy drive to local sites, such as Carbondale, Redstone and Marble.
