We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and had plenty of seating both inside and outside. The dual porches were a huge plus, offering ample space and great views for our large group. The scenery was beautiful.Gateway Mountain Lodge had something for everyone: a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and an outdoor hot tub that we all loved. Our family had a wonderful time making memories together. We would highly recommend this cabin and will definitely be back!

The cabin was awesome and the management was very accessible. There are a lot of rules and we had to put down a refundable 300 deposit, but overall we had an excellent time and the cabin was incredible!!! We loved the hot tub and the deck! We had a blast!

The whole family loved the cabin and the creek beside it. It was so beautiful and tranquil. My grandson was doubly excited as he caught the “Moby Dick” of the crayfish! The surrounding area was lovely as well. We are already discussing coming back next summer to Creekside Lodge.

Beautiful property and close to grocery stores and shopping in the area. Check in and check out was very easy with the keyless entry. The cabin had plenty of room for our family and love the main floor accommodations that were easy for my older parents, especially no steps to the entrance of the cabin. The kitchen was equip with everything we needed and all of the bedrooms were big. Would defiantly stay at Creekside Lodge again.

Very cozy cabin for our family weekend getaway. Cabin was in a great location, not to far from everything, but felt like we weren’t in the hustle and bustle. We loved it!!

Cabin was beautiful. Had everything we needed for our week stay. Couple people thought our cabin was the office but other than that we had no issues. Will book again.

Everything was as it was listed. The place could use updated cookware, but overall it was a great place, the owners have added a ton of detail to this place, and for Christmas, it was uniquely decorated.

Loved the location central to everything yet far enough away to feel like you’re not. Pool is advertised, but looks like it was removed. We didn’t have time for it, but you may want to update the description.

We have been to the Smokey Mnts many times and this is by far our favorite cabin. Its in the perfect location where you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the peaceful sounds and views or hop in the car and in just a few mins you'll be in town. They layout of the cabin was perfect for our family. The younger adults had the lower level with their own rooms, bathrooms, fridge, games, hot tub and direct access to the stream which everyone enjoyed. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The cabin is spacious and had plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 kids. The river was clean, and thankfully not busy at all. The back porches were enjoyed by all. Pros: River is clean, and during our stay was free of people. Water pressure is VERY good, and water is nice and hot. Large space. Accommodated all 8 easily. Washer and dryer were great to have and worked well. Location was close to everything. Great communication. Cons: Had a few visitors thinking we were the office. WiFi works on main level but not bottom floor. None of the video games worked. Most if not all joysticks did not function properly. Plugs in half of the loft area stopped working when switch for light was turned off. Loft futon was broken and had been screwed together so that it was unusable. Mattress for futon had to be pulled onto floor to be used. Pots and pans were dirty when arrived. Had to be cleaned before used. Spa cover is broken. Most of the interior doors do not close properly. We were told that we were the only property that had access to the river, but families were camped out in front of our cabin upon arrival. Thankfully that was the only time we had to worry about others, but could see it as an issue if you were expecting a river to yourself.

Beautiful creek views from the porches. It was exactly as pictured. Close to everything but secluded from traffic. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds. Adequate kitchen. Lower level partial kitchen was a nice addition. Could use more seating in den. The bathroom locations were a little awkward but we managed. Stair decor made climbing dangerous for the children. Overall a great stay.
