We had THE most amazing stay! This cozy cabin has a special blend of old and new. The owners do a great job of sharing the historical past and meeting all of your needs with modern comforts. Trevor is a wonderful host who has thought of every little detail, and so friendly and available. We loved hanging out in the vaulted ceiling living room with its open floor plan. We slept great under open windows in the bedroom, looking up at ancient pines and stars with cool mountain air. A highlight was spending hours reading in the yard with seating, a wood fire chimney, and a super comfortable porch swing. And of course, it was a short walk to Main Street boutiques and eateries, which we enjoyed at all times of the day. Just beyond is the Grand Lake waterfront that we wandered along each morning. We hiked RMNP, rented a boat on Grand Lake, went to a super impressive play at the local Repertory Theater, and had dinner and drinks at Grand Lake Lodge. The cabin is a perfect base camp for adventures and R&R. We cant wait to come back!

If you want a cabin in the mountains within walking distance to town this, is it. The cabin is secluded enough for privacy but close enough to town and lake for entertainment. The main area of the cabin is very nice and has everything you need. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking and the king size bed was very comfortable! The way up to the loft is more of a ladder than steps. BE VERY careful coming down, if you can't climb up and down a ladder this may not be the place for you. But the loft is lovely and set up for a great play area for children. The bed here was also comfortable but small. I would give it all 5 stars, but the cleaning staff needs to do a better job, especially under the beds and behind furniture.

We LOVED our stay at Sutzme. It’s 1/2 block from the square and all of the shops, restaurants and nightlife. The interior is cozy and clean and being able to bring our dog and use the nice yard (also well lit at night) was a huge bonus. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This is very close to town and a super convenient cabin especially if you bring pets. It’s nice to have a somewhat private backyard. We were able to put our dogs on long leashes and hang out in the back together. We didn’t have any issues with anything at all during our stay. This cabin felt very private and serene. My son spent half his time just hanging out in the hammock. The beds were comfortable and the TV has great streaming options. We didn’t cook much but anything you need is there. The towels were soft too ?

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 5. We lived that we could easily walk to restaurants and shops. The cabin has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed completing the scavenger hunt in the cabin and learning its history. When looking at photos of the outdoors, I didn’t realize how close we would be to other cabins. This wasn’t a problem, minus the neighbor’s dog barking, though.

Our family of 4 with two young children and dog enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin. Our almost 5 year old loved the upstairs loft area. He was very careful going up and down the steep stairs- which was a fun adventure for him. The host was very thoughtful in setting up this vacation spot- we had everything we needed. The proximity to town, the lake, and local playground was a nice walking distance for even the little one to make! Wish we had more time to stay longer!!! We are very grateful for this cozy and relaxing experience. We highly recommend this cabin.
