Fabulous stay at a traditional local cabin. The house itself is divided into two buildings, a main house with a few bedrooms and a games house with one bedroom. It’s not modern but is perfectly fine and we had a lovely time. There are two lakes within walking distance, we went to blue lake which had an excellent recreation centre. Overall a brilliant weekend, no complaints

First of all, the house was clean. But there was no place for us to store our food that we brought to make breakfast, lunch, dinner as we had planned Bbq nights and playing cards and games with our family and grandchildren. Under the stove would have been a good place for pantry items but it was filled with kids games, other things I don’t know. Way too much to put somewhere else so we store everything in the kitchen in boxes we brought it all in and in the hallway by the back door. They did have every spice you can imagine but not need. Cabinet under the stove wouldn’t stay closed. Adult Kids beds, they all said were terrible beds. They need to get new ones. We had the master bedroom and the bed was fine for us. We share the bathroom upstairs with the other bedroom so ok that’s fine. There is a Downstairs bedroom off the kitchen and a bathroom that has the washer and dryer in it. When we get in and start finding room for our food we noticed the washing machine was leaking and the floor was wet. We called and informed them and thought they would like to have somebody come fix it but that didn’t happen. We kept it dry as we didn’t want anything to happen to the house. The playground area was a no for our grandkids. Just not in that good of shape. The game room has a bedroom up this Narrow spiral style steps which were way to steep for me but younger adults ok. Door to outside patio very hard to open cause of carpet. Give your guests a room for their food. Replace your beds

We recently stayed at this cabin in BLS, the location is great! walking distance to the lake. Although the actual cabin could use some work! The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. We all woke up not well rested. There are many small choking hazard toys loosely in baskets reachable for small kids. The playground had broken glass all over the ground around it. I didnt feel like this cabin was suitable for small children as there are some steep steps down into the kitchen as well. The bunk house is a cute addition. We enjoyed our stay but likely wont be back.

Arnold has been a favorite weekend destination for our family for many years. It was the perfect spot for us to gather to celebrate Thanksgiving, now that we all live in different areas, several hours apart. There was plenty of space to play on the property. Between the basketball hoop, foos ball table, pool table and games gaolre - the cabin had it covered. We are pretty picky about cleanliness and found that areas of the kitchen could definitely use a good deep clean (cupboards, pots, pans, etc.), as well as the BBQ. Overall, it was a great stay and very comfortable!

We stayed at the Bear Bungalow over the 4th of July WE. We really liked the house. The house was clean and we had enough towels for all of us. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes which was convenient for our big group of 8. We had plenty of space for everybody. Check-in and check-out were easy and we appreciated all the tips provided by the agency.
