Walk to Downtown Ouray | Cozy Cottage | BBQ Grill

Great location. Pet friendly. Clean. Everything you would need for a 5 day stay where we were eating in Ouray. We’ve stayed at about 8 VRBO’s around the country and the communication from the host/manager was the best ever. Timely and complete info. Wouldn’t hesitate to try and book this if available on a future trip to Ouray.

We loved everything about the cottage, the courtyard was wonderful for enjoying the views, the location could not have been any better.

Overall a good stay. Property is in need of a few minor repairs but nothing that effected our stay. Property manager was by to inspect one of the other units. She was very nice. The location is perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was excellent. The location was close to everything in town and the accommodations were great. Only thing to keep in mind is trailer or RV parking has changed. Other then that the house was excellent

Overall very good. Description of the rental was not accurate, there was no dish tv and there was no dishwasher. I can understand the dishwasher but the dish tv was a disappointment. Should update the property description.

Nice quiet and private area, close to town (1 1/2 blocks away from main street) could walk anywhere. Worked great for the two of us.

This property was well located in the middle of this quaint town. Because of that you can easily walk to any destination. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and they provided enough pillows and blankets. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with towels and kitchenware. The shared courtyard was nice.

The cottage was very clean on our arrival and well-stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, linens and blankets. It is located within a few blocks of downtown Ouray and very convenient for shopping (groceries, hardware, restaurants, etc). In addition the cottage is quite close to an entrance to the City's Perimeter Trail and within walking distance to the Box Canyon and Cascade Falls. The listing does not include a dryer, but there is one in the laundry room. It was difficult to determine which of the three units was associated with our rental without a call to the management service. The property address is not displayed on any of the rentals and they are numbered 1 through 3. Additionally, the locked entrance to our unit (3) was located inside a breezeway entrance. All of this was immediately cleared up with the telephone call. I would recommend updating the check-in instructions to clarify the unit number and the location of the primary entrance to the unit. Information on the refrigerator has a discrepancy in terms of the wifi address. The sheet on the refrigerator door is correct. The one on the side of the refrigerator is not. I would also recommend some additional instructions for operating the heat for the unit. We really liked the property and will likely stay there again.

The cottage was clean, efficient and well maintained. The staff was available 24/7 and provided for our needs. it was relaxing and relative private.

Great location in town, just a few blocks from everything. Excellent communication from hosts. Older house but had everything needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again when in the area!
