The host did a great job cleaning and giving directions on how everything should work. The hot tub was perfect after a long day in town and on the mountain.

The cabin was wonderful. There were a few housekeeping and maintenance issues but the team was very responsive and helpful.

Property was in a great location. The mattresses were all extremely comfortable and this is random but the water pressure was on point! It needs a good cleaning and dusting. There were some housekeeping issues when we first got there and there also ended up being a water leak and we had to change cabins. But the company was very responsive and handled all the issues very quickly and efficiently and communicated well about everything.

I was looking for a cabin that had a gameroom to keep my teens entertained and the pool table, pinball machine, air hockey and arcades did the trick. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, view from the balcony were magnificent and having multiple TVs was wonderful.The location to activities was fantastic, and there is a food city nearby too. We took advantage of the one free ticket per day, saving around $150. Unfortunately, on the last evening before checkout, around 6pm, I tried to.get a free ticket to the aquarium and I was unable to get the code to work. So I ended up having to pay for the tickets at market price at the aquarium.

Overall the stay was great! Hot tub, games, appliances all in working order. Cabin was a great size for our family of 4. Only issue would maybe be the cabin needs a good dusting. Some cobwebs, and dust on light fixtures,in corners, and on cabinets above the stove, but it is a cabin. Kitchen was well stocked, if you have smaller kids might want to get some paper/plastics cups and plates as all the provided ones are glass. Christmas tree was a pleasant surprise! We would definitely stay here again.

We couldn’t all take showers one after another and even after sitting all night we could only manage a 6/7 min shower and when you have to wash your hair... it makes it a bit hard. There also was NOT enough hot water to fill up the jacuzzi bathtub in the downstairs bathroom. We couldn’t even enjoy a nice bath. Everything else was good. The hot tub was nice. I do wish that there was a bathroom that wasn’t in the bedrooms. With having a sleeper sofa and bunk beds it would have been nice to have a bathroom that they could use that didn’t require walking into the bedrooms.

We chose this cabin for the easy drive from town, nice view (not as great as a higher up property, I'm sure, but still wonderful) but mainly for the games for my kids (7 & 10). It did take us a few minutes to find the on switches, so would have appreciated instructions in the app (very top of the arcade machine, underside of pinball, side switch on airhocky w/ cord to turn on air on underneath). All machines worked great and lots of fun. The cabin was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Would have liked a Keurig, but that's personal preference. Hot tub and AC worked great. Only two issues were one of the front wooden steps were loose (just needs to be secured) and there was a small blood stain on a pillow case (like from a bloody nose). You could smell everything was clean, so I think the cleaner just may have missed it. There was plenty of pillows, so we just didn't use that one. Would not hesitate to stay here again. It was great to just arrive and have a code to enter. Only dealt with property manager prior to stay, they answered a few questions, but were very prompt. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very dusty, the blinds are not in good condition it’s obviously pets before my check in because there was dog fur on the floor and the cabin had a bad smell ,

We stay at this resort all the time just different cabins. This one was nice, nicer if they were able to trim the tree out on the first balcony for better view
