Located in the heart of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, this beautiful cabin has the capacity to house 6 guests comfortably with two full bedroom suites; one with a queen and the other with 4 bunk spots. Located within Valley Overlook camping and lodging area nestled on the side of the beautiful Cuyahoga Valley, guests will find themselves immersed in nature and central to all that the Cuyahoga Valley National Park has to offer.

We are located in the heart of Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Travel just minutes to many trailheads for hiking and biking, or bring your kayak for a day on the river. Check out local restaurants in the historic village of Peninsula, just 4 miles to our north. Hop on your bike and take the Towpath Trail as far north as Cleveland or south to Akron. Enjoy local restaurants, breweries, farm markets and more!

We're a half-mile from the Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath Trail, great for biking to local destinations to the north and south. Free parking is available at many trailheads in the National Park. Street parking in the Village of Peninsula is paid via phone. Ride sharing availability can be limited, so we recommend planning your own transportation. Walking to Blossom Music Center is neither practical nor recommended. We use security cameras to monitor our driveway; there are no recording devices of any kind inside or pointed directly at any living space.

This cabin is self check-in with parking available on site.

If you are traveling with two vehicles, please park the second one in the large lot next to the office located in the large brick building. Maximum of 2 vehicles please.

Visitors and extra guests are not permitted without prior written approval.

No trailers or oversize vehicles without written approval before arrival.

The cabin will be ready any time after 4pm. We can sometimes coordinate an early check-in for a fee of $30. If you're interested in this option, please send a message with the time you hope to arrive, and we will let you know if we can accommodate this request.

On some evenings, concerts at our neighbor, Blossom Music Center may be audible. The farm across the street utilizes propane canons during the day for a few weeks out of the year to deter birds from eating their corn. Plan to bring a flashlight, as it can get dark in the woods! We use security cameras to monitor our driveway; there are no recording devices of any kind inside or pointed directly at any living space. Winter weather conditions may temporarily limit vehicle access.

This Cabin was adorable and perfect for our family of 3 for a little getaway to visit CVNP. It was very cozy, clean and comfortable. It's stocked with basic kitchen supplies for small meals & a firepit with wood to purchase onsite. We really enjoyed our 2-night stay!

Great property with quick access to the National Park. The stove was a super speedy induction model and the layout was nice for a visit. It was outfitted with loads of hooks to hang all your coats and outdoor gear. Looking out over the parking lot is not ideal but back porch views are better.

Wonderful location, short ride to the bike trail and to Szalay's Farm and Market. Very clean - check in was super easy and everything was where it was supposed to be. We'll be back next time we come to the Cuyahoga Falls area! And highly recommend the Overlook hike too

We just finished a 4 day stay here and we have a wonderful time. Family of 4 with two small kids. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds and we loved the covered porch outside. It was easy to find, the people were very kind, and we found the space to be well decorated, clean, and very inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Birthday celebration for adult son. Purpose was to hike and explore Cuyahoga National Park. We always use to tent camp when our son was young. This luxury cabin in the woods was heaven. Loved the history of the property.

Was in town for an annual motorcycle show being held at Hale Farm. Location was perfect for my needs and first night was exactly as expected after a typical check-in process (text with door code, etc.) - I was still under the assumption I had rented a cabin from a private owner / not a place in a campground. Day 2 I came back to the house and was immediately greeted by frantic owners worried about my trailer. It was then that I found out that they had 62 acres, basically purchased an old Boy Scout Camp and turned it into rentals. Neat. That night I was having friends come by for dinner, to use one of the amenities that I rented, the kitchen. The owners of the campground had a fit when my guests arrived - guests that had rented houses all over the area and were in town for the same annual event. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my entire adult life - the owners made a big production about us having dinner and finally granted permission, as long as everyone was “gone by 10:00.” I’m an adult, that paid a premium to rent a house for a weekend away, not a teenager on spring break. Way too much owner-involvement for me to recommend this place.

We went to a concert at Blossom and found this place to stay since we came from Pittsburgh. I’m not much of a camper but I have to say WOW! It exceeded my expectations. On the site are also canvas tents with beds in them. It’s a charming place and the groundskeeper was very kind and a hard worker. You can tell he was very compassionate about the upkeep. Very clean. It will not disappoint. Only problem is I left my favorite pillow there! Small problems lol. Thank you!

After a long day of driving, this was the perfect place to call home for the night. Not only is it beautifully decorated, but the surroundings are magnificent. We had all the space we needed and then some. We will definitely return for a longer stay in the future!
