I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was absolutely beautiful! We were a family of 11 and all slept comfortably with more than enough space! The kids loved it. They had their own space away from the adults but within the cabin. The fireplace was convenient and we were able to enjoy smores night! The owners communicated quickly and very professionally.

Lots of space for everyone to hang out peacefully doing different things. The road up there is a little narrow but I figured that's the cost you pay for such a beautiful view.

Stayed Oct 21, 2025The cabin was awesome. All the bedrooms are very spacious with personal bathrooms. The movie theater room, game room and hot tub were great amenities. There is lots of space in common areas for large groups to enjoy themselves. The fire pit area is well lit and comfy for the cool nights. The wraparound porch also nice to take in the fall foliage. highly recommend a stay at this cabin.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025The cabin and the kitchen was clean and had plenty of items for the nine of us. The problem developed when we tried to plug in both electric griddles and tripped the circuit breaker. We were trying to cook french toast for everyone and ended up having to use 2 frying pans which took forever.We loved the outdoor firepit and the game room was wonderful for my family and grandsons. All in all we had a great time

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a Labor Day weekend with our 2 children, their spouses and our 5 grandchildren. Everyone had a great time. We never even ventured outside our cabin area.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and everything was as beautiful as the pictures. The cabin was clean, with plenty of extra towels, sheets, and everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. The HVAC unit on the second floor stopped working while half of my family was playing games on the lower level and the other half went grocery shopping. I called the number as instructed, and a nice gentleman walked me through checking the breaker and the thermostat. He asked me to take a picture of the thermostat, and I informed him that the thermostat was not on. He asked me to pull it off the wall, and I did. I took a picture and sent it to him. An HVAC tech came and stated the thermostat had bent wires and that was the reason for the unit not working. Unbeknownst to him, my ex-husband owned an HVAC company in which I helped manage and assist, and I was able to see that the condensation tray was full and the line was frozen. I didn't tell him any of this information because I wanted to hear what hear the explanation from the tech who was coming to do the job. He arrived and was working, and I approached him. I asked what the reason was for the unit not working. I looked down and saw a frozen line and condensation overflow in the tray. We laughed, and he said, I will have you guys taken care of shortly. He had a great sense of humor, and most of all, his integrity and I thank him for that! Overall, our trip was a great success! I would recommend with a 10/10. Walmart and all the other stores are 20-30 minutes from the location, so plan!

The kids were so excited to have a space they could use for fun while us adults relaxed and enjoyed the Smokey mtn views. We saw some wildlife, and enjoyed the peaceful location where the only thing you could hear were birds chirping and the sounds of a passing storm. What a dream it was. We wanted to stay forever.

Check in was easy. Only issue we had is the microwave did not work but the hosts were very prompt in getting a replacement microwave to the house.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Hemlocke Hideaway for 5 nights during our kids' spring break. We really enjoyed our time and were very impressed with the accommodations. Everything was clean, well kept, etc. Lots of amenenities that made our stay comfortable. We spent lots of time playing ping-pong and Pacman. The location was good as well - About a 15 minute drive down the mountain to Gatlinburg. About a 25 minute ride to Pigeon Forge. We especially liked the outdoor areas such as the fireput and the wrap-around deck.
