• 2 king bedrooms, each with private ensuites for a luxurious stay.
• The upstairs king ensuite doubles as a shared bathroom for the loft, which features twin bunk beds, a pool table, and a TV.
• A convenient half bath is located on the main floor for added ease.

Open Living Space:
• The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas provide a warm, inviting space to gather.
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials for cooking, including grilling utensils and a Keurig with starter K-cups.
• Enjoy streaming your favorite shows with Roku TVs in the living room, both king bedrooms, and the loft, all equipped with guest mode for your privacy.

Outdoor Oasis:
• The expansive deck features a dining table, loungers, and a hot tub overlooking the lake—perfect for relaxation.

Guest Access
You will be provided with an access code prior to your stay.
GPS/Mapping systems should have no issues giving accurate directions.
Security camera on the front porch overlooking the driveway.

House Rules:
• No pets ($1000 fine)
• No parties ($2000 fine)
• No smoking ($2000 fine)
• Quiet Hours: 10PM to 8AM. We appreciate you being respectful of neighbors.
• Kayaks available for use after signing liability waiver
• Any additional guests above the number listed on reservation must be communicated to host for approval. Failure to get approval could result in fine up to $100 per guest/night.
• Guests must electronically sign rental property agreement.
• Only 2 cars are allowed in driveway. More than 2 cars is a $500 fine.
• All trash must be bagged before being put in outside large trash cans. County won't accept unbagged trash - $50 fine if loose trash put inside trash can.
• Security deposit of $500 required.
