The house was incredibly clean my wife and I had a great time. Its close enough to Gatlinburg to be right there without a long drive but also still completely private with lots of space. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone.

Our second time staying at dustys tree house. We love it and our 3 year old loved it just as much! We will definitely stay here everytime we come down! The fenced in deck was an even bigger plus as our 3 year old loves to be outside.

If Dusty’s Treehouse is on your consideration list, look no further! After driving into the mountain (5 minutes from Gatlinburg) you’ll enter into a warm and cozy environment. Your hostess will have thought of everything. There will be an entire laminated binder with everything to do, including where to save a few . The pool is a mere 3 minute drive away. The hostess will want for your stay to be as enjoyable as you do.

We arrived for our stay and were very pleased with the cleanliness. Geri is an exceptional host that is responsive to messages. We were also provided with some wonderful dining recommendations. On the third day of our stay we had a black bear casually stroll by and check out what we were doing on the porch. We will definitely book this cabin tucked in the woods again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Dusty’s treetop cabin. The cabin was clean and was filled with essentials which we appreciated.ProsHot tub was clean and hotKing bed is wonderfulThe Shower is very nice Plenty of towels and essentialsAll the TVs had RokuConsThe roads leading to and surrounding the cabin are extremely steep. I would recommend an all wheel drive vehicle and experience driving mountain roads without guard rails The driveway is very steep and has a big dip when you pull in we scrapped our van badThere is absolutely no space to safely walk a dog here. And there is a big female black bear that roams the area around the cabin constantly. It was apparent this is her territory. We had an encounter with the bear when we first arrived. Scary but we were not harmed. We had an air horn to scare her off. Overall a nice cabin to stay if you’re prepared and do not mind heights and steep terrain.

This is a great location, just 2 miles to Gatlinburg. This house has a great shower, bed and lots of hot water. The house is shaded by the trees so it stayed cool even though the temperatures were in the 90s and the humidity was crazy high. This house does need some TLC. The house was musty smelling, as though it had not been opened up in a while. The windows are dirty. The tree limbs over the driveway need trimming. All the decorations in the house need a good dusting. There are a number of light bulbs that need to be replaced. There was some garbage in the driveway that we picked up. My guess it that it is due to the big black bear that hung out in the area all weekend. Overall I have this house a 4 rating because of the location.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was great and we enjoyed the clubhouses. The refrigerator was brand new when we arrived and still had the tags on it! We loved how close it was to Gatlinburg and that we could bring our dog. Outside around the house could use cleaned up. There was a toilet plunger and a ripped up floor mat underneath the porch. Soap, sponges, and other trash going down the hill to the driveway. We enjoyed the jacuzzi room, however all the light bulbs in the room were burnt out. We found the extra light bulbs and tried to change them, but the light still wouldn't work. I had to change 3 light bulbs in the kitchen/living room. Only 3 out of 12 bulbs on the back patio worked as well. We still enjoyed our stay and would come back again!
