If you have bad knees or back, steer clear. The cabin itself was level, one floor. The parking across the street … I mean hill and walk to get to the door up hill and up stairs or uphill not ideal. The creek was beautiful, the cabin had been updated and looked nice. But the floors, although not terrible, have seen some water and the mildew smell was overwhelming. We stayed in the master suite the first night, but the heat did not get back to that room well and even at a 50 degree night it was impossible to get warm. The water pressure in the suite bathroom was nothing, literally a small trickle. So we moved to the front room, which was warmer by far. If you have two couples in your party that would not be an option of course. One of the back doors would not lock, the deadbolt would not latch at all and was not latched when we got there. Which made us a little worried about unwanted visitors since it was so secluded. The directions do not include steep hill may need 4 wheel drive, but be aware you might! If we could have gotten a refund we would have left after the first night. Wasn’t a horrible stay, but will not go back, did not get what we expected for price we paid.

Wrong information for access provided. Hot water did not work, light switches not working, HVAC lines under house damaged and not heating. Wrong information for internet access, required tech to respond for internet. Floors damaged, cobwebs in bathroom and living room, Master bedroom has significant mold smell. We left and still have not received a refund.

Because everyone always wants to know the bad. Let's see there is no one around. It's so peaceful a d beautiful and ohh yeah there is a waterfall. Matter bath leaves some desire for water pressure, other shower is just fine, there is my draw back to the cabin. Other than that e will be back again and for more than a week

Me and my two kids stayed here for 3 nights. The waterfall was running well and provided beautiful scenery and sound as we lounged around the cabin. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. We never saw another person the whole stay, so very private. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful view! The cabin is built into the side of a mountain with a waterfall running through it! Every room had a view of the waterfall and there were wrap around porches for viewing as well. The cabin itself was very clean and well decorated. Great, unique place to stay!

We really enjoyed the house! It was beautiful! The location was close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg,, easy in and easy out. Sitting on the porch listening to the waterfall was so relaxing and calming. A couple little things that could have made it a difference (in our opinion) would be tv’s in the bedrooms, mirror(s) other than just the bathrooms and a larger tv in the living room. Thank you for a memorable stay.

This cabin is a destination unto itself. We spent the week of Thanksgiving in it. It's very close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, making it easy to get to the national park, the attractions in both towns, and the grocery stores. The updates inside are nice and the whole place is open and comfortable. The real magic is outside. The new decks are beautiful and provide incredible views of the waterfall from three of the four sides of the house. While you can see other homes from the decks, the cabin is private and secluded. I should mention the single flaw of the cabin is that the fireplace is solely decorative. This is the kind of place you could go and not leave the whole time you are there. It's so peaceful and beautiful. It truly is a special place. Should we return to Tennessee in the future, we'll be staying here.

We had a wonderful time on our visit to the mountains! Upon arrival the first thing I smelled was mold/mildew. The beds were not comfortable at all. The sofa & chairs were not comfy enough to sit & relax after arriving after a long day. Loved the kitchen & hot tub! No water pressure at all in the showers or kitchen sink. Loved the washer/dryer. Enjoyed lounging on the nice porch after a long day. Did not enjoy dragging everything up a mountain after a long day because we had to park across the road. Had I known this beforehand I would’ve never booked here because of my bad back & knees. I’m sorry but I won’t be booking here but somewhere else instead. Thank you so much!!

The place was really nice and clean . We got a day of rain so the waterfall was flowing good. We liked the privacy of it. We did have bears everyday. Even came up on the porch and one of the cubs got on the table. Kinda scary. But we just stayed in till they left. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was gorgeous! So relaxing and peaceful. My daughter and I said we were going to leave the door open at night so we could hear the waterfall, but we could still hear it with the doors shut. Very calming! Every day we were there, after our adventures, we came back, relaxed in the hot tub, with amazing views of the woods, the water... definitely want to plan a trip back next summer!

This place is most definitely a place where you can sit back and relax or if you want to go out you are just a short drive to gatlinburg or pigeon forge! Loved it and have no complaints!

Waterfall was just as amazing as you could imagine, location is perfect for being right in the middle of either Gatlinburg or Pigeon forge. Driveway is quite steep, we did have a jeep wrangler but never even had to go into 4 high so probably fine for most vehicles. If the roads are not to slick or covered in mud/snow should be no worries! , it is paved all the way up to the cabin so that was nice. Some small parts of the shower floor tile in the master needed to be repaired but small nitpick that didn't really take away from anything. Customer service was 10/10 communication was fantastic, quick response, and even messaged us to check in and give us a heads up on a moderate storm moving through the area. We would stay here again :) if you like the sounds of waterfall not a better place, you can hear it even inside, anywhere in the cabin. BUT, bring some bug repellent, lots of little friends outside if hanging outside on the deck.

The waterfall cabin is located between both big towns and has a great waterfall right at your deck. The hot tub right next to the waterfall is a perfect relaxing night time spot. I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

The cabin is on a waterfall which is super neat. But, the house has its issues. Only one room has a ceiling fan but that bed doesn’t feel level. Many parts of the floor are uneven and while it’s had some upgrades it has some cosmetic issues(shower tiles, torn up walls) with some potentially serious issues with the foundation and exterior pieces (wood, water, gutters).

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is comfortable but has some imperfections. There is a small nail sticking up in the master bedroom doorway that I caught my foot on a few times. As others mentioned, the road to the cabin can be a lot. We ended up getting stuck trying to avoid an oncoming vehicle. We got stuck on the shoulder and had to call a tow truck. The location is very convenient for getting to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park.
