Stayed Jul 24, 2025It was well supplied with everything we forgot to bring. It was clean and comfortable. My grandsons really liked the chess set. There were two items that were broken before we got there. One was the tile in the master bathroom and the other was the soap dispenser in the kitchen. Also the can opener was not good. Had to improvise. Then we found the good one. That old one really needs to be thrown out. Overall everyone enjoyed themselves and wants me to book again next July.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025The kids lived the dorm style rooms while the adults could enjoy the main house. It was nice and close to stillwater boat dock for getting out in Lake Granby every day. I would stay again!

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Amazing stay for our large family and some friends. We used this location as a home base for a couple of days in RMNP. The location was perfect on the back-side of the park, and the home itself was excellent. The place is perfect for larger families as there is ample space. The home was very clean and the entire check-in/check-out was seamless. As we drove away, we all agreed that we would most certanly stay here again.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024This was the perfect place to stay for an extended family vacation. The separate bedrooms from the main living area were great for each family to get away to for awhile. The outdoor area is great for group hangouts. Everything was as described. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed Jul 7, 2024Our large group was well accommodated in this lovely and well appointed home. We felt right and home and comfortable. Access to the lake and national park was a great added bonus. Our kids loved playing outside and the selection of games in the house was great. The host was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. Would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024The house was great and provides for lots of beds when having all your kids and grandkids. We also put up a tent and it was awesome to sleep outside and hear the birds in the morning. The house has everything you need. We will definitely be back. A great place for a family gathering.

Stayed Aug 4, 2023The property is super cozy and slept all nine of us comfortably. Very well stocked and the hosts are very responsive. The listing photos honestly don't do this place justice. We absolutely would book again.
