Ultimate Group Getaway: Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub, Foosball, Playset & Arcade

We really enjoyed this cabin. It had everything we were looking for and checked all of the boxes - 4 primary bedrooms with on suites, large kitchen and living space, outdoor fireplace and sitting area, hot tub, fire pit, and close to town.

This was our 2nd time to stay in a large cabin with the whole family for the holiday and it was disappointing compared to last year’s cabin. Although our host was very prompt in responding to us when needed, there were many things that could be improved. I have never written a review before but felt it was important for guests to know if they stay here. When we arrived and entered, the cabin had a very mildew/moldy smell. It was not very clean. The first night we grilled out steaks and the grill was missing two burners and the light outside above the grill was out so it was very dark to try and cook. We tried to make mashed potatoes but the hand mixer was broken and there was no manual masher. There was no pantry for food storage or bowls with lids to store food in fridge. The foosball table had multiple broken parts. The towel holder was broken and laying on the counter in the 1st floor guest bathroom. The 2nd floor shower light was out. The 2nd floor bedrooms were very cold and beds very hard. The comforters were very thin like a 2nd sheet. The 3rd floor tv in one bedroom wouldn’t change channels or turn off so we just unplugged it. I always read reviews and all of the reviews were great so that’s why we chose to stay here but this was very disappointing for our family.

The cabin was amazing. All of the rooms were the same. The kitchen wasn’t as cleaned as we would’ve liked and the soap was manly water in it, but once we sanitized it ourselves it was pretty good. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were nice. We and our guest had a great time. Also, great location.

Had a group of 4 couples. The 4 Master bedrooms were ideal for us, and the common space was perfect for meals and just sitting and talking. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch!

The house was very nice. Could’ve used a deep cleaning.

Clean house nice cabin

It was the perfect setup for our trip. The 4 main bedrooms are laid out identically which is a bonus when traveling with other couples. Plenty to room inside and out to hangout in groups. The décor and artwork throughout the house is a nice touch as well. WiFi is a little slow (could be the area) and the mattresses are a little worn but really a perfect get-away spot for a friend group or large family.

We enjoyed our stay at State of the Art. It was spacious enough for our large group and met all of our needs.

The State of the Art captured the magic that we wanted to give our children this Christmas season. The Christmas decorations and the way the art came to life definitely added to the experience. We had everything we needed and more to keep the adults pleased and the kids busy. Each room felt like our own little escape!!

We had 6 bikes headed to the Bikes Blues and BBQ Rally in Rogers AZ. Stopped in Broken Bow and enjoyed this lovely venue! We were only there one night, but the rooms were spacious and super clean. Plenty of communal space for hanging out. Very nice back deck to enjoy the wonderful views and weather.

Cabin was amazin love the bathrooms!!!! Hot tub was cozy! 100%recommend
