For a cabin that sleeps this many, driveway really should be bigger. We barely fit a small SUV and pick up truck in the driveway. The pathway from driveway down to cabin needs lighting. The solar lights that lined the steep incline never came on the 4 nights we stayed. It’s a hike getting from driveway to cabin. Fireplace in living room & basement never worked. When inquired on how to get them to work, was told to make sure pilot light was on. Considering we are unfamiliar with the fireplace, this should have been addressed by rental company to ensure it was ready and functional prior to guest arrival. 2 of the king bedrooms is very small for a king bed to fit. Bathrooms very small. Basement bathroom wood trim at bottom of shower is rotten. Shower curtain liners need replacing as soap scum and mildew were built up on them. Living room is small & cramped. Cob webs throughout the cabin. Main level bed quilt had rips and holes. Stairway to basement needs some form of actual stair lighting (maybe dusk to dawn) as the hallway can easily be mistaken for the main level bedroom hallway & pose a fall hazard especially at night, unless the big overhead light is on 24/7 as even during the day it’s fairly dark in that area. Our small fur baby fell down the stairs thinking he was going into the bedroom. Rugs in basement & living room were nasty & need replacing. Pool table was being steadied by what looked like cardboard under the legs. Very disappointed with cabin & rental agency.

Properties clean, gorgeous and in a quiet area! The only recommendation would be to put kitchen towels and dish cloths in the kitchen and a dust pan. But overall it was great!

We were pleasantly surprised with this location. Beautiful property and was amazing to be able to have our dogs there and encounter zero issues. One suggestion is to clean the cobwebs inside and maybe leave a broom somewhere. We would have been happy to clean up a little more before leaving.

The house was just as described. Plenty of room for a large family. Close to family friendly attractions. Beautiful view from the back and very private. Looking forward to our next stay.

Was not happy with finding a sticky hand in the bed between the sheets in kids room. I don’t see how this happened if the bed was changed after last guest.

The house was wonderful for our group…I’m glad my elderly parents cancelled last minute as they could not have handled all of the steps. Parking was extremely steep and many steps that were not lit to get to the house. Inside was wonderful, beds were extremely comfy, decks were great for outdoor time. I just would not recommend for anyone with the slightest of mobility issues.
