Stayed Jul 25, 2022Our family group of five adults and one infant stayed comfortably in this wonderful house. We loved the big kitchen with lots of counter space to accommodate several of us cooking and doing food prep at the same time. The L-Shaped sofa in the living room fit all five of us comfortably as we settled in to watch a movie on the big screen TV. Beds were a bit hard, but comfortable enough. The house is simply but tastefully decorated. Although it is located close to the beach, because of the excessive rocks there, we ended up driving to the Sandy beach across the highway from Safeway. No big deal. As advertised, there is no central air conditioning in this house. With the late July high temps, it did get a bit warm inside in the late afternoons, but it cooled down at night, and was helped by the portable fans which we found in the closets of every bedroom. We appreciated having them. Yes, the carpet was a little worn, and in the downstairs hallway there were a few stains… but overall, the house was clean and well cared for. I had a few conversations with MG, the property manager (just little questions.) MG was easily reached, and super helpful. Overall, We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would absolutely stay there again!

Stayed Jul 5, 2021The house is a great house. Well stocked with all the essentials. Only drawback is no AC. The area is convenient to the beach and shops/dining. It is in a more residential/apartment populated location so you do hear street noise from the apartment complex (music/kids/cars). Nothing that the property manager can control but is relevant if looking for a more isolated stay.

Stayed Feb 19, 2021The house was very clean, cozy and cute. I usually worry about vacation houses that have carpet smelling, but the house had no smell. It was extremely clean. You can tell that the host had planned the items in the house very carefully. All of our needs were met and we all enjoyed staying at the house.
