Tri-state Corner Cabin with a fire pit, hot tub, & indoor pool!

Summary:

Tri-state Cabin is located in Paradise Pointe, a gated mountain retreat at the tri-state corner of AL/TN/GA. Hike the trail to stand in three states at once! Enjoy access to the huge indoor pool house with a communal hot tub, two indoor slides, an outdoor deck, seating, and more. All 19 rentals share these amenities. Plus, enjoy two small basketball courts, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and more for endless fun!



The Space:

Welcome to Tri-State Cabin, yourperfect retreat for relaxation and nature’s beauty. This spacious cabin accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Featuring 3 king beds and 1 queen bed, it’s ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and space.



The cabin is equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay, including a cozy fireplace, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and a hot tub for unwinding after a day of exploration.



Step outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings with outdoor furniture where you can take in the beautiful views and immerse yourself in the natural landscape. Whether you’re relaxing by the fire, soaking in the hot tub, or simply enjoying the scenery, Tri-State Cabin offers the perfect balance of comfort and nature.



We provide a starter kit that includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 3 garbage bags per can, and starter dish soap & hand soap. Linens and towels are supplied, and if you need more, there is a washer and dryer available. The kitchen includes basic cooking utensils, but there is no dishwasher, so we suggest bringing paper products for easier cleanup. Please note, we do not provide oil, salt, pepper, food, drinks, or personal toiletries.



We love hosting furry friends! Pets are welcome with prior approval, and a pet fee applies. To help us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please share the number of pets you’re bringing along, as well as their breed and weight, before booking. We’re happy to consider your request and will get back to you promptly with approval.



Smoking is allowed outside/do not throw butts on ground!



Guests with electric vehicles can take advantage of a Rivian EV charger located at Summit, just a quick 2-minute drive from Paradise. The charger is fully operational and available for paid guest use, with a second charger currently in progress.

If you would like to use the grill during your stay, please bring charcoal & a fire starter.



Please note exterior cameras are monitoring the property, and indoor cameras at the pool.

We provide regular pest control at our properties; however, because some of our homes are located in rural settings, guests may still encounter insects or small wildlife from time to time.
