Treetop Luxury Close to it All! Fun for All Ages. Dog Friendly - Timber Ridge

Great place for our annual cabin trip. (14 years and counting). Cabin was great, host was super. Issue with the hot tub that owner tried to fix, but due to snowy conditions the maintenance man could not make it back up to us. Owner handled it wonderfully. Place is truly cozy and set up for fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin had ample room for all 11 of us, from 8 months old to 67! It was stocked with essential necessities. Response time to questions was prompt, and courteous. It was a 10, but the road up gave us all an excellent chance to discuss our eternity with the Lord.

The house was good. Would have liked blinds on the windows facing the deck in the dining area. The sun was a bit much in the evening. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The main floor bedrooms needed dressers. Overall it was a good stay.

Cabin was clean and exactly as listed. We were looking for a place for our whole family and this cabin was perfect. All of our adult children and spouses had their own room with bathroom on the basement level. My husband and I along with my parents had our own rooms and bathrooms on the main level. And my 16 year old son slept in the loft bed and had access to a half bath. Kitchen and family room were large enough for all of us to gather. Upper deck was nice to gather and talk & play games. Kids all enjoyed the hot tub & pool table. Air hockey was also a nice bonus. Communication with Sean exceeded expectations. Had an issue with the fans in the bedrooms not working and he did his best to resolve the issue and communicated throughout our stay to make sure we were good. The road up to the cabin is quite steep and very narrow - thankfully we never met another vehicle because I'm not sure what we would've done! Definitely need a vehicle that can climb. Big bonus - you do not have to climb 1000 stairs to get into the cabin - just pull up and walk in! We used Instacart for grocery and adult beverage deliveries as well as had pizza delivered. Would recommend this cabin to everyone!

Nice cabin only issue was parking which isn't the hosts fault.

Everything was clean and represented well in the pictures. The lower level game room was ideal for gathering and staying up late without keeping everyone awake upstairs.

This was an excellent location meaning close to just about everything, including Dollywood. We did see a couple of bears in the driveway and each morning we awoke to fog, thus the Smokie Mountains. Kids loved the games room and enjoyed the stay. The only drawback, which we finally got used to, was the last quarter mile to the property was a single lane pig trail. Our cars made it fine, but this is summer and not winter. It is paved somewhat, but on our first trip, it was a little scary. We wanted mountain and we got it. You are 10 to 15 minutes to about anywhere you want to go in Pigeon Forge which was great. They even delivered Pizza up there on our first evening.

Amazing property. This location was perfect for our family vacation/reunion. So much space! The game room was super fun for the kids. Host was easy to communicate with. We cant wait to come back.

This cabin was absolutely amazing!!! If I could give a 10-star, I would. Everything depicted in the description was right on target! I have been a guest at other properties, but none can compare to this one. Sean & Ashley kept me up-to-date on various things and answered any questions I had promptly. We did experience one issue, but it was immediately taken care of in less than an hour. If you're looking for a quite, peaceful place for R&R, this is it. I highly recommend it!!!! After getting through the shock of the narrow windy road to this home, we settled in easily. We thoroughly enjoyed the seclusion and peaceful setting. Getting to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was convenient too, and the Smokey mountain trails were beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and fit our family perfectly! Great hosts as well!
