Treehouse View- Secluded Luxury Cabin w/ Game Room + Hot Tub + Creek

This was the perfect family getaway! All the amenities this place had to offer was amazing! We enjoyed all of them

We had a fantastic time at this amazing cabin! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the amenities were great! We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the covered rear deck - plenty of privacy and beautiful views of the woods. The location is fairly central and near multiple food and beverage destinations and other fun activities. We were there primarily to play golf, but we ended up enjoying a lot of Hochatown venues. The host responded to any questions quickly and were very attentive. Check in/out was super convenient. I'd absolutely stay here again!

This was an amazing house. Location was so peaceful. The house was beautiful and was furnished with everything we needed. They way everything was labeled clearly and instructions were so clear. We will be back.

Everything was great. Our only issue was the TV is mounted too high and watching it for any length of time gives you a stiff neck. Not a big deal.

Very nice and clean cabin. Had all the amenities. We all had a great time for our anniversary and my bday. Thank you guys we will be booking again in the future!

We had a great time. Thank you to the host for allowing an early check-in. The cabin was excellent. I have two recommendations to consider. First, the oven and stove temperatures appear to be too cool or warm, depending on the specific burner and heat setting. The oven appears to get warmer than the heat setting. It may be worth having someone confirm this. Second, several of the pots and pans are warped and do not make uniform contact with the burners. You can easily see that the bottoms are misshaped.Otherwise, everything was in excellent condition. Thanks again for a great experience;

A girls weekend with 7 of us. Nathalie, our host, was very accommodating, giving us an early and late check out. It was our first time to this area and we loved it. This cabin was superb. It was beautiful, clean, and fully equipt with all of the things you need for a nice getaway. The beds were very comfortable and the pool table and game room were a big plus. She set a nice, cozy vibe with outdoor lighting to accent the firepit area, which we fully took advantage of. Privacy, but not too far from others to make you feel afraid. Beautiful area....

Our third stay at Sweet Summer Rain! Obviously we love it. Perfect for my two sisters and our hubs annual four day get away. We played many games, enjoyed the firepit every night, hiked in the area. Sweet Summer Rain is a fantastic home base!

This is my 6th time to bring in the New Year with my family at Broken Bow. This cabin was exactly what I was looking forward and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The only complaint is I had to wait 30 minutes past my check in time for housecleaning to leave and they only left us 5 towels. We figured it out and located towels in the upstairs 1/2 bath.

The cabin was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Perfect for a weekend away to recharge.

Great location! Many cabins in the area, but because this one is at the end of a cul-de-sac, the only cabin visible was the one across the street and even it was somewhat obscured. The view off the wonderul back porch was trees and privacy! That said, we were 2 minutes from the main highway on a paved road, no more than 10 minutes to the state park, hiking trails, casino, restaurants, etc. There is a see through fireplace that we enjoyed inside and from the porch at the same time! There is a hot tub, pool table, shuffleboard, and games. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of lights with labeled switches, TVs in each room and fully stocked kitchen. Everything was very clean. We could not have had a better experience.

My family and I couldn’t be happier. We loved this place! The location was perfect! We had easy access to everything we wanted within a few miles (dining, gas, family fun, parks, etc.). We could have easily just stayed in the cabin out entire trip too. The beds were comfy, bathrooms spacious and the fireplace cozy. WiFi was more than adequate and we all had a good time watching movies in the living room at night (the living room tv should be lowered though, it’s mounted too high). My kids and I loved the fire pit too! We consumed enough s’mores during our stay to last us a few years. We’re all looking forward to coming back soon.

We had an excellent time celebrating our 19 year anniversary. Cabin is great the only thing that would have made it better is that the stairs going down to back patio was blown off before arrival. The pine needles were very slick and it’s definitely a big drop down to fire pit. But rating it a 5 star cabin and we will be back. Loved the game room and how convenient to town it was.

This house was perfect for yearly sibling getaway. All the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We love the back deck with the hot tub. It’s close to the area, shops and restaurants. The host was quick to answer. Any questions we had while staying here. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place and surroundings. Lots of fun amenities to enjoy. Friend reunion - we enjoyed the fire pit, jacuzzi, all the space in the house and the pool table and games. Great trip!

We had a great time everything was great no issues, we got to relax and enjoy ourselves

Only issues we had was the downstairs bathroom shared with the laundry room smelled like sewage every time the shower was ran, the mattresses from the pull out couches were dirty (I imagine they don’t get used often and easily collect dirt so we just put extra blankets down), and the snacks provided were expired (also definitely not a deal breaker but worth a mention just to be on the lookout). Overall our impression of the place was great. The sewage smell certainly needs to be addressed, we didn’t bother reaching out during our stay as we weren’t there long.

House was very beautiful and well kept. Everyone loved the gameroom and sitting outside in the treetops. It was a perfecr family vacation.

Such a lovely stay! Nathalie was a warm and thoughtful host, and her place was the perfect cozy getaway. Everything was clean, charming, and just as described. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful property! We enjoyed conversations on the deck, late nights of Ms. Pacman and shuffleboard, and walks through the neighborhood. Close to all we wanted to do (hike, go out on the lake, and shop). We will be back! (Hopefully, this was just a fluke, but when we arrived at our check-in time, the cleaning folks were still there and stayed for a 1/2 hour to get things done. We did have to do some sweeping ourselves and the floor was dirty as it had not been mopped...but we handled it.)

Property was awesome! Excellent fire pit in the woods. Saw several deer. Nice clean Bbq grill. Did not see Big Foot however...

This cabin was AMAZING for all ages. It had everything we needed for the most part and the host was quick to respond to any and everything. The stairs out back are a little steeper than you think but they’re a great workout. The creek was 1 minute from the fire pit and had some cool rocks and creatures the kids find. Everyone had a blast. I already booked another trip back!

Great Location to town, restaurants and lake!

Property was beautiful, 3 king suites met our 3 couple needs. Nice area both inside and out to visit. Hot tub was perfect for our aches and pains. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The setting is so pretty and peaceful. We stayed for four nights with our adult children and their partners, and the house was perfect for our group. Everyone appreciated having a primary bedroom with a King bed, and there was ample space for us to relax, eat together, and play games.Nathalie, our host, was exceptional! She was super communicative and readily available for anything we needed. We had one minor issue with a hot tub knob, and she had someone out to repair it the very same day – incredible service!Our only small suggestion for the property would be to include some smaller-sized glasses for cocktails, as there were only coffee mugs, wine glasses, and water glasses available. However, this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the property in the slightest.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Nathalie, for taking such great care of us!

Perfect wonderful place to stay

Our girl gang enjoyed the cabin so much for our quick little retreat! The space was perfect! We enjoyed the hot tub, kitchen and outdoor walk! These bathrooms were very nice!! Fireplace indoor/outdoor was also a hit!

Had an amazing time! Host was very helpful and her response was almost always immediate! I learned from my mistake from last year and asked about them having a blender despite the ad stating it does which saved me from going out to eat and being able to cook all of our meals. Not a biggie though. I didn’t mind brining my own! Everything else was perfect!

Amazing time with our adult kids and family. We were snowed in and played games and enjoyed the views. The home is beautiful with beautiful views. Would definitely visit again! Thank you to the host for opening their home to us and being quick to respond when needed.

This was an after Christmas escape for our family of 5 (Ages 11, 17, 19, 48, 49). The house and location are spectacular and we enjoyed every aspect of the home. Very close to all that Hochatown has to offer, and plenty of activities at the house for the nightly unwind and family games. I would highly recommend a stay here if you enjoy some seclusion with all the tourist activities that you would need within a short drive!

The cabin was the perfect place for our family. There’s so much to offer that you’ll never have to leave for entertainment. We played games, pool, shuffle board, and loved the retro arcade games with Pac-man, Galaga, etc. The temperature of the hot tub was perfect as we used it in the 35 degree weather. It was so nice that each bedroom not only had a king bed, but its own bathroom. Then the additional four bathroom of the game room was a plus! The dual gas fire place was perfect for keeping us warm inside and out on the back porch as we watched the birds and enjoyed nature. We hope to return again in the near future!

Our trip was great! 6 adults and a very comfortable home with a quiet setting at the end of a culdesac . The house had all we needed and we enjoyed the deck and gas fireplace and hot tub every evening after a nice day at the park . We would come back for sure!

Nice home, we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend a good dusting of the window blinds and cleaning the windows. They were so dirty and dusty, it made the house feel a bit dirty. But, liked the 3 king beds and the beds were comfortable.

Great cabin close to Beavers Bend and several restaurants. The house had 3 king suites with attached bathrooms, ideal for 3 couples. It was private but close to several other cabins so you could occasionally hear other families. We enjoyed the time at the fire pit at night and relaxing on the patio in the cool mornings.

This property does not disappoint. From the moment you walk in its breathtaking. We had everything we needed. The back steps down to fire pit is alot so for those older or with issues climbing stairs it could be an issue. The location is perfect! All communication with host was awesome and quick. The property is literally about 1-2 miles from all the action.

Beautiful house quiet neighborhood

The yawn looked like a jungle....not sure last time it had been mowed. Nothing like first impressions and wading through ankle deep grass!
