I've been vacationing in this area my whole life, and my husband informed me that we won't stay anywhere else from now on. The property is absolutely picture perfect. The owners were great about detailed information and communication.. the cabin beautifully maintained, the hot tub clean and gas grill were both ready to go, and the location with its creek is stunning! The firepit is the perfect place for s'mores and fireflies. We made precious family memories and are already planning our next trip! THANK YOU Jack and Ron!!

The property was gorgeous and quiet and secluded. We loved the creek and the cabin is very spacious and comfortable. Loved the kitchen. It takes time and patience to get up and down the driveway/road up but it wasn’t bad in the fall. Just go slow and take your time. The view up is beautiful.

The house was clean but the dishes were dirty. The towels were not fresh. There were only utensils for 4 so if you need a 5th fork bring your own. The listing is for the creek. You could barely see it or get to it because it was so overgrown. There were lots of wildflowers which was great for butterflies and hummingbirds. The owner said to contact him for directions to the waterfall but he never responded. I would suggest putting the direction with the sign about the waterfall. It sounded like it was part of the property. It is not. It isn't very far. It is a mile hike once you get there. It is rugged terrain but worth the climb.

Very cute, cozy cabin. The creek in the yard was very loud but relaxing sitting on the porch. The description doesn’t mention that the cabin is on the very top of alarka though! That was a surprise, about a 15 minute drive going 20mph up a curvy mountain was annoying when we just needed to run to a store and the

We loved it so much last year that we came back this year! The only caution I'd give is the road. It's truly in the mountains with narrow paths and steep inclines. The property is perfect. Honestly think i could just stay on the porch for a week! Thank you so much!
