Guests must sign a renter agreement form prior to arrival. Renter agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.

Security Deposit required of $300. Deposit to be processed by host on Guest's CC.

✅ Cozy Firewood: A starter bundle of split logs is included! Need more for a long weekend We can easily arrange extra for a small fee.

✅ Luxury Starter Kit: We provide K-Cups, hotel-grade linens, fresh towels, and essentials (soaps/paper products) for your first 2-3 days. Note: Drip coffee maker also available (BYO grounds).

✅ Sanitized Hot Tub: For your safety, the tub is fully drained, sanitized, and refilled with fresh water immediately before your arrival.

✅ High-Speed Forest WiFi: Equipped with 1000 Mbps fiber internet. While outages are rare in our wooded area, we provide the fastest tech available for your stay.

✅ Forest Living: To keep the cabin pristine, we use professional pest control. Since we are in a true forest, please keep doors closed to keep woodland friends outside!

✅ Scenic Forest Access: The final stretch is a wide, flat, unpaved road. Like most rustic roads in Hochatown, it can be a bit bumpy with seasonal potholes. No 4WD is needed—just drive slowly and enjoy the scenery! The secluded peace at the end is 100% worth the short, rustic drive.
