Good location to visit PF and Gatlinburg. Cute cabin. Lots of potential. Needs a deep cleaning. Dusty corners and many cobwebs; inside and out. No spatulas to use. Nice that it had an ice maker fridge. No view. But had a nice screened back porch. Would have been nicer had it had a couple of ceiling fans on it. Could use some curb appeal and some pretty living flowers and greens to dress it up. Good water pressure. All appliances worked well. Comfortable beds. We would stay again.

We had a fun time staying at Top of the World. It was a good, not great cabin. Very charming but definitely in the rustic category. Cons: - Check in was 4pm. Cleaners didn't show up until we did, about 340pm and were out of there in 20 minutes. Given current climate we understand people are understaffed just about everywhere. An occasional deep clean could help to mitigate some of these staffing issues. Deep clean: The place (my guess is all of the locations) needs someone to come in every 2-4 weeks and do a deeper cleaning. Remove all cobwebs and dead bugs outside and in (including inside the outdoor lamps). Dust all over everywhere that wasn't an end table, coffee table or countertop. Deep clean needs to include all higher surfaces. - Update with newer bulbs - some lights were warm white, some lights were bright white. This created some odd lighting, or some lamps didn't work at all. - Replace wallpaper that is peeling off. - Replace both chairs in living room - they are uncomfortable and worn down. Not as comfortable as dining table chairs. That bad. Pros: - Bathrooms were clean as was the kitchen. - Kitchen well stocked with utensils/pans/pots etc and allowed us to easily cook for half the nights we were there. - The cleaning staff were friendly as heck - they couldn't have been nicer even though they didn't have the time to properly clean. - Upstairs bedroom jacuzzi tub worked great and was clean as well. - Outside deck hot tub worked great - AC worked great Just some tweaks to the cleaning process and some minor updates could make this top notch. I would not stay here if you have asthma and dust/allergen concerns. If fixed/ otherwise, yes.

We stayed here to do some touristy things but we didn’t want to have thousands of people near us all the time. This was between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and couldn’t have been a more wonderful stay and still very close to attractions and shopping. It was quiet and just as advertised. We used the laundry, kitchen and hot tub and beds were comfy. Everything was perfect. Great stay. Totally recommend!

The location is really great as it is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house feels very private despite being near other cabins. This cabin is nice, but it is quite dated. It could definitely use a facelift. The property managers were really awesome and quick to respond when we arrived to find the hot tub was drainined and not working. Someone came the next day and replaced the entire motor. He was VERY friendly and helpful. Internet service is pretty much non-existent so keep that in mind. We were in town during the wildfire outbreak in Wears Valley and did not have internet service to figure out what was going on around us. We only received emergency alerts regarding evacuations so that was a little scary! If you're looking for a secluded spot, this is a good one. Very pretty views.

This property was great. The view was really nice. We were hoping for it to be a little more secluded. Neighbors are very close. The cabin itself was very cozy. Needed to be dusted tho. There was a lot of webbs and dust all over. But well worth the stay.

Adorable cabin. Great location. Only issues were limited to no wifi/internet access. Kitchen appliances need to be updated as well as shower heads.

We rented the cabin in March, had a winter snow storm. The incline to the cabin is very steep. Wouldn’t recommend during snow/ice months. Would be very difficult getting to and from cabin. Our issue, was the heat not working. We called the emergency maintenance line, (which was late in the evening about 10:30-11pm) we were told no one could come and to find a hotel for the evening. No offer to pay for a hotel room just left us to fend for ourselves in 12 degree temps close to midnight. With no where to go we stayed in 48 degree temp in the house. Next day, they had someone come out to inspect / fix unit. All they could get running was the “em heat” which we were told will not heat up the whole house. And that evening temperature would drop to 18 degrees. We were told we could check out and be refunded for the evening, but we had no place to go. We asked for space heaters or something to get us by. The company was not worried about helping us at all. Then told us we needed to leave anyway since we had a young child , they didn’t feel comfortable with us staying in “.those conditions”. The whole experience was horrible and we ended up leaving the trip early since we had no where to go. I would not recommend using this managing company. They didn’t care. Only about their money. Really unfortunate experience. Manager was on vacation and hasn’t even contacted us since then. No one apologized or anything. Pretty upsetting.
