Excellent accommodations! Beautiful view. Well stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware. Very clean. The drive up to the cabin for about a mile was unpaved, but well maintained. We enjoyed our stay! Good communication with host.

Very peaceful, pet friendly cabin! Perfect for what we needed. Our only suggestion is that it could’ve been a bit cleaner. There were many cobwebs on the deck that we feel could’ve been cleaned up. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Bear Lodge! It was very clean and the bed was more comfortable than our own! We had a minor issue while we were there, but Josh immediately answered my call and had it resolved shockingly fast.

Beautiful cabin with amazing views. Well taken care of home, with all the amenities you could ever need. Host was wonderful, and communication and responsiveness was A! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The cabin with it's landscaping and view is beautiful. I would have preferred a full refrigerator in the kitchen instrad of pullout drawers. It worked for 2 people but, I don't know how more guests would handle it. I imagine 1 shower for multiple guests would be tough. However, we would would choose this cabin again.

Best things - Sweet, cozy cabin, beautiful view from 3 decks, family room and bedrooms, great fenced area for dog, comfortable bed, nice fire pit right on outside of deck with stocked woodKnow that 4 wheel drive is recommended for the drive up and down the mountain which we had. The cabin is perfect for one couple and children but would be small for more adults because there is no bathroom downstairs and only a tub on the upper level.However, it was perfect for us and we hope to return. I highly recommend Lazy Bear Lodge. Josh, the host, is responsive and accommodating also.

My wife and I had a great time, the owner had excellent communication and we had no problems finding the residence. The road is a bit rough, if you have a larger vehicle/4wd it's definitely recommended. The house was gorgeous, and the view from the deck was incredible. The fire pit was great on those cooler nights and we had a blast playing pool. The wifi was very fast and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

We had a great time exploring the area over Spring Break. Lovely hole and comfy beds. Great place to stay with a dog due to the fenced in yard.

Great stay - I could live here full time. Property isolated however talked with a few dog walkers - all pleasant might have been the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. My time here was what I needed to recharge my batteries. The view to the west was great

Everything was great. Very Cozy, very clean. The yard was great for our dogs and the cabin had baby gates available to help keep them on the main level. The views are amazing with the sunset. One thing I wish I noticed from the information listed is that there is only one shower. The second bathroom had a bathtub. My only other complaint was the pots and pans for cooking were old and scratched leaving bits of teflon in my food. I’ll bring my own pan next time! Every one said their bed was comfy but I can only speak abou the king bed I slept on which was awesome!

We had a great three-night stay at Lazy Bear Lodge. The location is great, with stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The sunsets were breathtaking, and since there is no light pollution, the sky is filled with stars at night. The lodge is well-equipped, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space across its three levels. The spacious terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy the views, while the comfortable beds made for a restful stay. Josh, the owner, was quick to respond and very helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly. We loved our time here and would definitely return!

The only negative was the road to get to the cabin! It’s in bad shape especially during rain or snow we experienced both during our stay. But overall, it’s a beautiful cabin, and the views are stunning.

Our stay was amazing. The views were gorgeous and the cabin itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was excellent with communication and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our week at the cabin. Easy drive into Blue Ridge or Elijay.

The Cabin was as described and was Great . The view was awesome and area was very quiet . The Road getting up to Cabin was very rough but it was the week after Helene and the area did have several inches of rain for the storm . I would recommend staying at cabin and we would definitely stay at cabin again.

Great views, very clean, top notch host, good location between Ellijay & Blue Ridge, ideal set up for dog with access to porches and fenced in area. Only negative was poor condition of Big Bend Road, extremely dusty and large ruts/washouts. May have been due to previous storm, but we traveled on multiple unpaved roads in vicinity and they were in much better shape.

Everything about this cabin was perfect!! It was immaculate, well decorated, warm and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay! The views were AMAZING! Check in and check out was easy and the property owner was wonderful!! We will definitely rent again!!

The cabin was very well kept and had plenty of spacious room. The views from the upper to lower level were so amazing we lost track of time. It was very relaxing! From the fresh mountain air, to the cozy fires each evening, we felt right and home! This was just the refreshing getaway we needed!! Highly recommend staying here!!!
