Toccoa Lookout Cottage is not your average Blue Ridge GA cabin rental. With 3,000 square feet of gorgeously decorated living space and four bedrooms to accommodate 11 people, all the comforts of home and amenities of a private resort, and the Toccoa River running through the property, this is a very special place.

The upper deck is a great place to enjoy meals or your morning coffee, gather with friends and family or take a nap on the extra long sofa. Or settle into a chair with a book and a beverage to read as you enjoy the river view.

Brought 6 high school/college boys and family for an end of the summer trip. House was perfect! Great space for everyone to hang out together, but then also big enough to have separate (quiet) time as well. Clean, awesome location, would come back.
The house was cozy and fun. Everything was very clean and the scenery beatuiful.
Great spot
We had our family vacation (grandparents, kids, and grandkids) in Blue Ridge Georgia in June 2022. We love the area. This time we stayed at Toccoa Lookout Cottage managed by Escape to Blue Ridge. The cottage was perfect, exactly as described, very clean, and had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was well stocked as were the linens. There were a great deal of personal touches that made our stay more enjoyable. The only problem we had was one of the air conditioning units kept failing and the staff at Escape to Blue Ridge did not seem concerned. Luckily the other unit worked well.
A pretty 3-level cabin overlooking the Toccoa River provided plenty of space for cabin activity on its 2 expansive decks, as well as the deck and fireplace by the river. Our grandkids had a blast.
The home was so beautiful, comfortable and the views were stunning. We loved the little extras that made us feel at home. The kitchen was very well stocked, probably the best I've ever seen. We visited the orchard and came back with fresh peaches and cobbler mix. Everything was there to make yummy cobbler and several full course meals. My husband and the kids loved the pool table and spent a lot of time shooting pool together. I especially loved the Wii. I got to play a few games with my son like we did when he was younger and it was so special. We spent a lot of time on the porches, enjoying the breeze and the sound of the river below. We loved waving to the people tubing. Everyone was so friendly. It was supposed to rain the entire time we were there but the weather was so mild and we even welcomed the chance to sit on the porch and listen to the rain falling. It was completely perfect. The Internet was adequate enough to browse the area attractions, but I think it would have been difficult to work remotely. I welcomed the opportunity to unplug and my husband who never has his phone far away, used it as a great excuse to unplug as well. This was one of the nicest family vacations I can remember in a while and the management company was top notch. I'd rate them on the level of homes managed by the owners. As we pulled out of the driveway, my 13 year old son said, Goodbye House of my Dreams.... I think it sums it up rather well.
Our family had a terrific 3 night stay at this cabin. The furnishings at this cabin were outstanding. The porch furniture was so comfy and our kids loved the jacuzzi and the wii. We built a fire and made s’mores every night while enjoying the sweet sound of the river. The beds were all comfortable and the added game room activities in the basement were a great addition for our kids to stay busy! We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for some family fun and added nature’s beauty!
