Tipsy Bear Lake House - Luxury Log home in premiere gated community

This cabin was the perfect lace for our family experience trip to The Polar Express on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad in Bryson City. The space is generous and it comes with all the amenities! Beautiful views and the property management company is great at communicating and listening when issues arise!

Incredible house! Was well equipped and very livable, easily accommodating our group of eleven. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the spectacular view. Really cool to watch and hear the Steam of the Smokies train from across the lake.

A very spacious, well decorated and furnished ‘cabin’. The views were amazing! Everything was thoughtfully and graciously provided for.

We loved the cabin so much we did not want to leave! It has so many charming touches, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and lots of room to spread out (there were 10 of us, 7 adults and 3 kids). Oh my, the view!! We spent most of our time on the back deck — absolutely stunning views, especially the sunset. The host was extremely attentive. After notifying them of a minor issue, they sent someone to the house almost immediately to take care of it.Bryson City and surrounding areas offer great family-friendly activities. We hope to come back. Highly recommend this beautiful cabin!

Nice property, some amenities not working att all, housekeeping definitely needs too improve in bathrooms and also alot of towels and bed sheets were dingy in color as they were white. Very peaceful and the property was overall nice, there was a tv missing.

Wonderful house with a beautiful view in every direction...plenty of space and very well laid out.. loved all the big gathering tables through out and the kitchen had more than you needed! Great communication and very helpful.

Plenty of room for family of 11, 7 adults and 4 children , great view .

The cabin was very rustic in design and tastefully decorated with interesting wildlife accessories throughout! It was very comfortable and roomy for our family of 10 adults. The deck had plenty of chairs and rockers for us to enjoy the beautiful view of Fontana Lake and mountains. The big surprise was the 3 mile curvy road,with no guardrails, up the mountain to the cabin, once we entered the privacy gate!! We had a wonderful stay and made so many fond memories!

The cabin was so much more beautiful in person. The views were spectacular and everything was perfect! Highly recommend.

Words are simply not enough to describe this place. Heck, even pictures are not enough. The only way to understand how amazing this house is to stay in it. Morning coffee on the patio was my favorite part. This VRBO listing far exceeded my expectation.
