Tiny cabin in Oak Valley,Pets welcome! 420 Friendly Property

Andrea n Patrick were very nice. Loved the pups and the beautiful picture window. Very isolated n beautiful butbonly 3.6 miles from town. Comfy bed.

The property is she shed. A tiny box with a bed. There is no place to walk, beside on the up and down road. We cried.

Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights. Definitely be back, Andrea was wonderful with the gifts.

We enjoyed our stay. Host was great. Cabin was clean. Pet friendly. Highly recommend!

It was a great place in the Gatlinburg mountains it was exactly what it says it is it's small but private the host were amazing will definitely be back they made the animal so welcome just a great place great people loved it there

My husband and I celebrated 14 years of marriage at the Tree House near Gatlinburg this year. The property owner was great. She is like family when you meet her. We really enjoyed our stay and the view from the large window in the Tree House. So cozy you don’t want to leave. Loved. It!

Stayed 2 nights and loved it. The window looks out to a canopy of trees, like your up in a tree Had a small frig, microwave and toaster oven. They have 2 wonder big lover dogs that roam free on bear patrol. These dogs are super friendly. There are dollar stores close by. Shower was nice and hot even came with shampoo and conditioner towels and washcloths hand soap. Property owners great are on site and very welcoming. will be back again. Oh and for my 420 people just book it. It’s so nice to be able to smoke with no worries!

Patrick and Andrea were great hosts. And the property was perfect for a week stay in the smoky mountains. Thank you both for everything, we had a great time!

This property is amazing! Views are spectacular! It was perfect for me and my fur baby (Winston)! Loved the seclusion and peacefulness. Spring is even better at this location! Pat was amazing and so accommodating! Thank you for a great vacation spot!

The owners are responsive and kind. We had what we needed, and it is easy access to the main tourist roads. Also, the bed is so comfortable! We would come back.

We are so fortunate to have found Andrea and Patrick’s oasis in the mountains! They were incredibly kind hosts and gave us some wonderful restaurant, attractions, and grocery store recommendations. We stayed in the Treehouse which was meticulously clean, adorable, and cozy. Perfect for a couple that want to spend some private time together. We loved the location. Only 3.8 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and very close to the Arts and Craft community. With that said, the location had end of the road privacy and no through traffic, only guests and their dogs. We have stayed in many VRBO dog friendly properties, but none as dog FRIENDLY as this one. I felt genuine acceptance and love for our dog and he got along well with the host’s dogs too. The final bottom line when writing a travel recommendation, is to answer the question, would you return to the same property? Me, my husband, and our beloved dog say/bark a resounding YES!

This was the perfect hideaway for my best friend and I to celebrate our graduation. It’s perfectly located close enough to the action while still feeling totally remote. The host was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved the location and our experience! The description is very accurate, so don’t expect more space than a “tiny home” can give! But it was perfect for us and our fur babies!!!

We loved it out of the way but close enough to go to different things plces to eat shows shopping gas etc. And it was pet friendly and just beautiful there. Thank you Patrick!!! And thank you for the rice crispy treats. We hated for our vacation to end. Thank you again!!!

Our host Mike was the best! He took care of our every needs. We truly enjoyed our stay.

No contact with the owner they were in jail. Water heater went out mid stay. Cabin was a shed. Not a accurate description at all
