Stayed Dec 16, 2024The cabin and the view is great. There was a reason why we booked it for a family vacation. However, our grandmother had a stroke 3 days before our stayed. We reached out to rescheduled our stay. We didn’t want a refund but wanted to just reschedule our stay in another month or so. They couldn’t or wouldn’t do it. My son also left a gold ornament behind and we called about it. And we have yet to hear back from them. That kind of customer service isn’t for us. But overall it would have been a great time with the family.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024A Timeless View was amazing! The mountain views were incredible, especially from the top floor! Everyone in our family agreed that this is our favorite cabin of all the properties we’ve stayed in over the last 20 something years. This cabin was very nicely decorated, comfy and cozy, and immaculate. The location is great and close to restaurants, entertainment and the park, but also quiet without feeling other cabins were right on top of you! Loaded with amenities and things to do. We will definitely book A Timeless View for our annual trip next year…if not sooner!
