We had a great overall experience with this rental and especially with the host. While the home wasn’t cleaned to the standard we expected upon arrival, I am confident that is not the norm. The host couldn’t have been better. Very responsive and proactive—they communicated clearly, incredibly kind, and immediately offered to make things right without us even having to ask. That level of customer service goes a long way, and it’s the reason we would absolutely book with them again.The home itself is wonderful. It’s perfect for families with kids of all ages, while still feeling elevated enough for adults to enjoy. The double master suites are a huge plus and make it an ideal setup for two families traveling together.We also really appreciated how well-organized everything was. The guidebook was thorough and made it easy to find answers to any questions we had. Our stay was very last-minute, and we arrived without any essentials, but the house was so well stocked that we didn’t need a thing.The outdoor amenities were just as enjoyable as the interior—everything was set up for relaxation and fun. While we didn’t spend much time upstairs, it’s a great bonus for kids.And one final highlight—the master beds were incredibly comfortable, which is something we’ve found can be hit or miss in rentals. This was definitely a win.We had a very positive stay and would not hesitate to return or recommend this property to others.

The house was absolutely beautiful and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The only area for improvement would be the cleaning, as some furniture was dusty and the floors had marks from drinks. With better attention to cleaning details, this place would be perfect.

We go to Hochatown somewhat often, we rented probablyt 30 cabins over the years and the place is the best one we've found for the price and all things considered. The place is immaculate. It smells brand new, it looks brand new, it isn't rundown. The location is stellar. The hosts are on top of their game, the amenities are on point. The swingset, Swings, Grill and hot tub were very clean and brand new. We were so impressed that it's one of the few times my wife said that we needed to come back to this exact cabin! Quartz is all over the property and plenty of woods surrounding the property. All the windows and modern elements made us feel immersed in nature. Which is what we wanted. We WILL be back! Alex was awesome. You can tell that we truly care about families having a great time. He went above and beyond for us and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip.

Beautiful home! We had a wonderful time. A much needed reset. Fun was had in the game room. The view from the balcony in the game room is the best. The description of the house was accurate. We will be back.

This was our family’s fourth (or fifth!) stay at this cabin, and it never disappoints. My kids can’t get enough of the backyard—between the swingsets, play area, fire pit, and hot tub, they’re in heaven. My husband and his brother love hanging out in the loft, playing ping pong, NBA Jam, and the Nintendo Switch. Personally, I adore how serene, peaceful, and spotless the cabin feels. Plus, it’s conveniently close to everything Hochatown has to offer, making it the perfect home base for our adventures.

Beautiful and awesome place. This cabin has all the amenities and beautifully designed to ensure none of the guests get bored. My family enjoyed the cabin, had a great relaxing time and my kids had a blast with all the different game options they had. The host, Alex is very helpful and ensured all the questions we had were responded timely.

So please listen when I say that this place was not only built to the highest possible standards but is also upkept to equally high standards. The host is excellent at communicating and clearly cares very much about their property and their guests. I cannot recommend this place enough. The cleaning team was also a great highlight, the place was absolutely spotless. My only regret is that i was working long days and didn't get to really enjoy this property. I look forward to booking this home again when i can enjoy it with my family.

Excellent communication throughout the entire process! Checked in on us through the app and gave the best instructions for the amenities. The cabin was gorgeous and so well supplied. The adults and kids alike had just the best time.

THE BEST HOUSE!! We booked this place last minute to get out of town for a couple of day. Everything was so clean and extremely tidy. The photos are stunning but they really don’t do it justice. Hot tub was perfect and already tuned on when we got there. Tons of towels! Everything was so new looking, it really did feel like we walked into a brand new house. Housekeeper 10/10Host 10/10Will we be back? 25/10

Wonderful property for anyone wanting to explore Broken Bow/Hochatown OK! My family has traveled all over and this was one of the very best experiences we have had. From the host making sure every detail was communicated, to the stunning views and seclusion we felt, even though we were close to other properties. We loved the floor plan of this cabin…very efficient and open! Even had to inquire about the master bed mattress because we slept better than we had in months!

Everything was awesome! Really it was better than it was listed!!!!

I've brought my family here several times now and it's officially one of my happy places in life. I love sitting out on the back porch viewing nature and watching my kids play in the backyard or curling up on the sofa with them and watching a movie. Couldn't recommend this cabin enough to others!

Great place

Timberstone was a perfect place for my family to call homebase while visiting Hochatown, OK. The property itself was wonderful and had lots of amenities to keep our little guys entertained while here. Modern, but with all of the comforts of home. We made smores over the firepit, soaked in the hot tub after a day of hiking, played arcade games, learned how to play ping pong, etc. The beds in both of the dowstairs rooms were also very comfy and we loved the large soaking bath tub! The kitchen only lacked a few key items needed, but nothing major. Overall, we very much enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back for another visit in the future!

Highly recommend booking this place! We absolutely loved it. The location is in a great spot where it is close to town but also feels secluded at the same time. The cabin had activities for everyone in our family—our adult kids loved the ping pong table and NBA Jam arcade game while our grandkids enjoyed the swings, hot tub and making s'mores at the firetpit. My wife was very comfortable reading a book on the sectional and watching movies. We definitely plan on coming back.

We decided relatively last minute to book Timberstone to ring in the new year with our 5 children and it was a great spot for our crew. Centrally located near all our usual Hochatown favorites. The fire pit and swings as well as the hot tub were the kids favorite!

Beautiful home, plus beautiful scenery

This house was amazing. Super clean. Great open space. Incredible backyard with lots of seating. So very easy to get in the house. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms beautiful. It’s tucked away in the trees where you aren’t bothered by anyone. Would give it 10 stars if I could!

Just spent a long weekend here with our three kids from middle school to 2.5 years. Everyone loved the swings and open layout! We had to keep the 2.5-year-old off the stairs, but it was easy to do since you get great visuals with the layout. The location of this cabin was pretty awesome! Close to all the greatest Hochatown hits, but not so close that you were on a super busy street or caught up in the crowds. This is a relatively new place, so everything is fresh and modern. Check-in was super easy and the instructions/rules were clear. Note that the house is not very far back from a gravel street, so there’s some dust and you can see the few cars that drive by the big front windows, but nothing was inconvenient or concerning. Overall, the owners were so thoughtful with the design and execution of every detail. We drove past other homes we considered and were so glad we chose this one.
