Mueller State Park is just a short drive away, offering miles of hiking and biking trails, wildlife viewing, and stunning mountain vistas. For fishing enthusiasts, the nearby North Catamount Reservoir and Eleven Mile Reservoir provide excellent opportunities to cast a line and enjoy the tranquility of the water.

By Car: Driving is the most convenient way to explore Divide and its surrounding areas. The property offers free parking, and you'll have quick access to US-24, making it easy to reach nearby towns like Woodland Park, Cripple Creek, and Colorado Springs.



By Bike: The area around Divide is great for cycling, with scenic routes that take you through beautiful mountain landscapes. Bring your bike or rent one locally to explore the area on two wheels.



Ridesharing: While ridesharing options like Uber and Lyft may be limited in this rural area, they are available for trips to nearby towns or local attractions.

Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking is allowed at this home.
