Stayed Jan 1, 2026This rental is on the perfect location. ICW in backyard and ocean in the front. Fishing was very good as well. Property and RV was also very clean and maintained. Definitely will stay at again

Stayed Jul 11, 2025This is the absolute prime location in Sargent if your focus is beachcombing and fishing. The owner is prompt with communication and quick to address any issues or questions. There's atleast 10 miles of open beach to the east accessible by foot or 4WD.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025The trip started a bit rocky because we didn't receive check in instructions on time. We initially had trouble getting a hold of our host but when the dust finally settled, we had a really nice stay. Fishing wasn't all that great but the location was very nice. This was our first time staying in an RV and all in all it really wasn't bad. Being pet friendly was nice and the fenced in yard was a plus.

Stayed Nov 5, 2024This is a pretty cool property. Definitely fun to be right on ICW and beachfront. The outdoor shower and toilet are very handy. It’s an older camper, but it works for a fish camp. Communication with host was very good.
