Easy access --1 step up to porch and 1 step up over threshold. Driveway may be a little steep, at first, to flatlanders. Easy access to the residence, with no steep hills or one-lane roads to navigate. On paved road that meets with gravel driveway.
Maximum overnight guest is 4 including infants.
