The Overlook w/ Outdoor Pool, EV Outlet, Pickleball, Unbelievable Views

The house and view were beautiful. Great amenities. The pickle ball court was a highlight for sure. Would totally recommend.

Grew up in N. Oklahoma. Never thought Oklahoma could be this beautiful. This property is located in a perfect location overlooking a national forest. The view is outstanding. This property accommodated all 9 of us with ease. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a spectacular view.

This property did not disappoint! Beautiful property! Loved the house, pool, pickleball court & fire pit. Property managers were very responsive when we called with concerns. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances/utensils etc. Refirgerator/freezer were large capacity and kept items cold/frozen. Plus a beverage frig upstairs and one on the deck. Ample seating throughout. Hot water heater worked great, no one complained about a cold shower - there were 12 of us. Although we did have issues with the water from the kitchen sink taking forever to heat up. Air conditioner worked well. It was really hot/humid and doors were being opened and closed all day/evening. They even have step stools, a must for short people like me. Three concerns: First there was an odor from the septic system (outside). At first it came and went but once it became more frequent, we called the property managers and they came right out and took care of it. Second, there wasn't a washcloth in the kitchen - we bought one and left it so hopefully that is taken care of. Third - stingy with the handtowels - 1 per bathroom. I don't have a problem with washing but I would like to have a clean towel to put up while I'm washing the dirty one. So if you're like me, consider bringing a few from home. (Number of bathtowels, kitchen towels & pool towels was good.) None of the mentioned issues would keep me from returning. Check-in/out processes were very simple.

Loved this cabin. We had a wonderful time celebrating my 50th Birthday with family and friends.

We had the most wonderful time at the overlook!! Pictures do not do it justice, it was stunning and the views were incredible!!! Management was quick to respond with anything we needed. We will definitely be booking with bravo company again!

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous and the photos showcase it very well. We had 12 friends hang out for a weekend of fun and games, the space accommodated us very well and we had a great time. Highly recommend this for any medium sized groups looking to get away for the weekend.

Beautiful house and property, beautiful location. Controller on jacuzzi not working, but property management company’s response was timely to help resolve the issue.

We had an awesome time playing pickleball and swimming in that beautiful pool. We loved the views! Can’t wait to stay again.

This location was perfect for my family. The space in the house did not disappoint, nor did the pool.The pool was amazing. My kids enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The views were spectacular and helped to create beautiful pictures. I would definitely choose this location again.

The Overlook was everything we had hoped for and more! The management company was wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with. The cabin was absolutely amazing with stunning views ans plenty of room for our group of 12 people earning in age from early teens to adults. The pool and hot tub were a favorite for everyone and the pickleball court was one of the highlights for the tennis/pickleball playing teens and adults. Plenty of space for privacy when needed and ample room for gathering as a group. The only complaint we had was having to go home! Would definitely stay again!
