Stayed Nov 27, 2025Host was great and attentive to all our questions. Property was average. Needs some upkeep and TLC. Parking right up front. Outside furniture needs to be replaced. We stayed for 3 days. We only had one set of towels for 4 people. Water pressure was great. Shower stall in one bathroom was cramped. Gas fireplace, but could have used a log. Needs some deep cleaning of the rugs and furniture. Dishware and cookware needs to be replaced. Property close to Lake Arrowhead and everything you need. Did not really understand trash rule. Wifi was strong.
