Located in Ellijay, Ga- in the Coosawattee River Resort Community, this riverfront house is nicknamed the The Landings Riverside. This home sets the stage for indoor and outdoor relaxation — perfect for large families or groups looking for the ultimate getaway!

Embrace the charm, beauty, and adventure of the North Georgia Mountains when you stay at our 3 King bedrooms, with an additional bunk room (The bunk room is a twin on top and a twin on bottom, 2-bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen cabin, directly on the river.

We chose this location for own vacation spot because of the special shallow part of the river this house sits on, allowing you and the kids to enjoy playing in or sitting right next to the river, all while listening to the most relaxing river sounds. You are also guaranteed to see deer, Canadian geese and can fish for trout right off your dock or wade into the river and fish right from your backyard. The proximity of this waterfront property to downtown Ellijay is fantastic.

You will also have access for 8 to the community amenities, which include an indoor pool, a few neighborhood outdoor pools, a few neighborhood playground, an indoor arcade, a gym, a small putt putt course and so much more!

Hot tub on back deck. (If access card is lost, the renter will be charged $20 per card lost).
