Welcome to the Golden Goat: A newly updated modern cabin secluded in the heart of Hocking Hills! The cabin sits high up on 3 acres of private land 15 minutes away from Old Man’s Cave. Also, 10 min away from downtown Logan, which includes the Children's Museum, 58 West Brewery and Moonshine distillery, Hocking Hills Bagel Co., Pizza Crossing, Frozen Yogurt and cute little boutiques. Lastly, 8 min away from the Coffee Emporium.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025This cabin provided everything that we needed for our stay, there was even coffee, cream and tea available. There are board games, a pool table, air hockey, corn hole and other activities available. There is a fire pit with firewood provided. Like I said-everything....did I mention a 2 grills and a smoker? This place does not disappoint.

Stayed Jan 3, 2025We loved staying here! Our family enjoyed board games by the fire and relaxing in the hot tub. The location was close to both town and hiking.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024The weekend was amazing. It was nice to have Netflix and all the Roku options available. Firewood provided was nice. I had brought my own not knowing it would be provided. We didn't end up using any of it but it would have been great if we would have stayed longer to have been able to take advantage of that option. The hot tub jets didn't have much power, it is a n older unit that may need some upgrading. It still felt awesome to sit in it and enjoy the hot water that was moving. The biggest issue was if someone was showering downstairs there was almost no water pressure to shower upstairs. If we would have known that going in we could have staggered showers to accommodate. Overall, the house was very pretty, updated, clean, accommodating. It was a short drive to the hiking attractions. We would definitely stay here again for the next time we're in town!!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The house was very clean and was supplied with plenty of board games and outdoor games, such as corn hole. Plenty of fire wood was also supplied for the firepit. My only complaint is that it was very hot and humid outside and the first floor AC wouldnt go below 73 degrees, but the basement felt great. Overall I'd give it a 5/5!
