-Must be at least 25 years old to book.
-Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
Important Notes:
-The fireplace is purely decorative and not for guest use. It no longer has a working chimney.
-The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Taking the stairs down to the water and back up is strenuous for most people. If you have young children, please be aware that the stairs lead all the way down to the water.
-The property does have cell phone service, but it may be spotty, depending on your carrier and due to the rural/remote location.
-For your safety, the property features 1 exterior back yard camera and 1 exterior front doorbell camera.
-Lake Tenkiller is a flood control lake. If the water level gets to 9 feet above normal, the boat dock may become inaccessible via the walkway because it will become submerged. Keep this in mind during times of high precipitation, particularly in the springtime. Sometimes, the lake can go as high as 32-feet above normal levels. Most of the bottom stairway will be submerged in this situation and boat dock will be completely inaccessible.
Julie is an attentive and thoughtful host. The wall of windows is amazing. We were there at just the right time to enjoy the fall colors of nature. Lots of games and televisions to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the firepit and made smores. We didn't take advantage of all the water activities but the boat deck is well stocked with life jackets, kayak, paddle boat, etc. Truly, we did not want to leave!
Excellent property! All new with thoughtful amenities
Gorgeous location. Super clean home. More than enough room for 6 adults. Had all the essentials! Loved having our own dock for the boat and sea doo. I have to say, the trek from the house down to the dock isn’t for the weak. It’s definitely worth it though! Could have stayed our entire weekend sitting on the dock with a line in the water! Overall exceeded our expectations!!
