The Cozy Tahoe Cabin - Hot Tub, Pet Friendly, & 5 Min. to Lake

Very nice property. One issue was no propane for the grill. Figured this out after we got back from the store with steaks to throw on the grill. Never figured out the hot tub. Again, very cute cabin. Just a few issues with grill and hot tub. Also, I am still waiting for a return of the deposit on my credit card. It's been almost 2 weeks.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. A beautiful and clean oasis in south lake tahoe. I only wish we had longer to stay!

We truly loved our stay at this house. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The only thing missing is a water kettle, but there is a small pot that works just fine as a substitute.We didn’t use the grill or the hot tub, so I can’t comment on those. What really stood out to me was how organized everything was, the kitchen, the bathroom, and especially the storage/laundry area. Even though it’s a storage space, it was impressively clean and not dusty at all, unlike other places we’ve rented before.The owners provided laundry soap, and the washer and dryer worked very well. The house is literally a 5-minute walk to the lake, which was a big plus. There was plenty of snow in both the side yard and backyard.Our pets especially enjoyed bird-watching from the window above the couch. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we would happily come back.

Wonderful place to stay! Has all the amenities you need and it's close to stores, restaurants and bike rentals. Also a short 5 minute walk and your at the lake. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Full kitchen allows you to cook so you dont have to eat out every meal. I'd stay here again when we come back!

The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood.Nice backyard with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable bedding.My second year there and will definitely go a third time.Perfect all around

Nice cabin, comfy beds. The hot tub was not maintained and had no chlorine in it and none available to add we had to buy some at the local store as I wasn't comfortable getting in it without the platform the hot tub sits on is ready to collapse at anytime and getting the cover off and on was very difficult as it is very heavy and ripping. The owner did a drop in on a Saturday evening without any notice and later sent me a email complaining we moved things around. I told him when I stay in a place for a month I arrange things the way it works for us and when we leave we put everything back the way we found it. We would have rebooked for next year but his email complaint and the drop in with no notice changed our mind. Though the drop in wasn't a problem at that time but it could have been and I thought there has to be some sort of notice prior to owner knocking on the door.

Cozy, quiet, location, clean and Bob, the host was great responding. Everything I needed was provided for. Came home and already booked for next year to do it all again. Perfect cozy cabin for my needs.

Thank you Bob and Mo for a wonderful stay. The cabin is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe making it an easy trip to attractions and services either towards Stateline or the Y. We were pleasantly surprised how well equipped the the cabin is, all the way from a waffle maker to sharp knives (especially a little red handled one my left thumb became intimately familiar with). The washer and dryer are new. Everything is in great working order. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and includes a spa.
