The Cozy Bearz Cabin, A place to relax and have a Great time!

Cabin was super clean and neat, host was 110% Perfect!! Cabin was exactly what we needed perfect location quite. Cabin had all we needed and plenty of room for the food we brought with. Will recommend and spread the great time and great condition of the cabin.

Cabin is perfectly located far enough from all of the hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to the parkway. We had an amazing Christmas with our adult children and the cabin fit us perfectly. We had a small problem with the door lock and the owener answered our call practically on the first ring and had is resolved in less than 5-10 minutes. Kitchen is stocked and plant to do in the cabin. The weather was perfect so we really enjoyed sitting out on the deck and the swing. Thank you for sharing your cabin with our family and would definitely stay here again.

Cabin was very clean and decorated in an adorable bear theme. Cons-Scented cinnamon plug ins used in the home, HUGE migraine trigger. There was a mistake in the description and there is not a community gym. Pros-The cabin is so beautiful! The neighborhood is safe and charming. The host was responsive to phone inquiry. We located a community center with a gym within a 15 min drive. Kitchen had everything we needed to prep thanksgiving food. Overall loved it and would definitively stay again.

Everything was very nice. We didn’t get the chance to use the hot tub, but it looked good.

It was very nicely accomodated. Relaxing and comfortable. Had some hiccups checking in but owner made things right. We appreciated the immediate response.

The cabin was clean and comfortabe. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again in the future to stay. The only issue we had were the mosquitoes outside. We wanted to spend more time on the porch but 2 of us were getting eaten alive. Next time we will bring some mosquito repellant. They had citronella candles there but none of us had a lighter or could find one inside. But that definitely wont stop us from coming back.

The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. It had everything we could want for fun….board games, pool table, wrap around deck with gorgeous view and hot tub. We enjoyed every single thing about the cabin. It was centrally located to lots of entertainment. Definitely a place to stay again! The hosts were very nice and prompt with answering messages. Thanks for the memories!

Cozy Bears was just what we needed for our getaway! Spacious enough for 5 people. We appreciated the 3 bathrooms. The location was only minutes away from shopping, attractions and food. Would definitely recommend!

This cabin is amazing. Really beautiful views and serenity. The cabin is so well stocked, you will want for nothing. If you did need anything, stores are right in your backyard. Mr Frank and Ms. Rosy are amazing hosts. Thank you!

Cozy, clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning, cocktails at night, and sleep comfortably. Love that there's 3 bathrooms....

The cabin is great. It is close to everything. We had to make a quick trip to walmart to get a frying pan and a pot to cook some stuff in. The cabins are close together so make sure you close the blinds bc you can see right into the cabin next to you. You can hear the neighbors if the cabins next to you are rented out. This weekend was the mustang show (3/24 to 3/29) and the neighboring cabin had 15 cars parked there. It was kind of noisy. Make sure when booking these cabins that you are prepared to be close to neighbors and hear everything. We were able to relax but i wish there was more privacy

The Cozy Bearz Cabin is round with gorgeous woodwork and was so unique. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the 3 bathrooms were a definite plus. Located close to restaurants and theme parks. We had an amazing, relaxing stay on our Thanksgiving week away.,

We came in town for a friends daughters wedding! Leaves were at peak and we had some great hikes along with wedding fun! The property was great! The hosts went above and beyond when I realized I left my computer behind. They gave us an emergency code to have a friend of mine swing by to pick it up. So grateful! Love the round cabin! Thanks for a great stay!

Wish we could of stayed longer!

This was the second time we stayed at this cabin. It was absolutely beautiful just like last time. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The views are absolutely stunning and just such a relaxing cabin. Would definitely stay again if we ever go back to the great state of Tennessee. Frank was very responsive when I messaged with any questions or concerns. Very good host! 10/10 recommendand!!

We had an excellent stay at the Cozy Bear Cabin. Very nice, beautiful cabin. Nice to have our own hot tub. Also had access to the community pool which was very nice to cool off in during the hot days. Easy access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. Would definitely recommend this for vacation.
